On August 20, 2025, we went into the Sign It Drive It

On August 20, 2025, we went into the Sign It Drive It located in Denton Tx where we purchased a vehicle. We were told that there had been an oil change done on the vehicle recently and were not told that there were any major problems with the vehicle. After leaving the dealership and paying for the vehicle in full we found out that the air conditioner in the back of the suv did not work it only blew hot air. Then a week later the dash lights came on stating that an oil change needs done, the check engine light came on, the brakes need to be replaced, and the tir rods popping every time we turn the steering wheel. Upon having the check engine light ran at autozone we found out that the catalytic converter needs to be replaced as well as that the vehicle had almost no transmission fluid. We also found out that there is an electrical issue in which the radio comes on randomly and the defrost comes on when it wants. We have reached out to Sign It Drive It in which Luis Ricco who works there stated that the vehicle was considered a C vehicle and that because it was an "As Is" vehicle despite the dealership withholding the information regarding the condition of the vehicle and falsely stating that an oil change had been done that Sign It Drive It will do nothing to resolve the issue or admit their deception. Furthermore, any reviews that I have posted the company has removed.

We are sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with your purchase experience. We want to take a moment to clarify the details regarding your vehicle. The SUV purchased was clearly identified as an AS-IS wholesale vehicle, meaning no additional repairs, warranties, or guarantees were included. This was explained at the time of purchase and acknowledged by your signature on two separate AS-IS disclosure documents. These forms specifically outline that the dealership makes no promises about the condition of the vehicle after purchase. We also explained that the vehicle was priced significantly below market value (under $4,100) to reflect both its mileage and AS-IS status. While it did pass state inspection before being sold, no further mechanical or cosmetic reconditioning was performed. We strive to be transparent with every customer and regret that you are experiencing issues with your vehicle. However, because the terms of the sale were clearly disclosed and acknowledged, we cannot assume responsibility for repairs on an AS-IS purchase. Please know that customer feedback is always important to us, and while we cannot alter the terms of this completed transaction, we encourage open communication.

I have heard what you have said, however if you refer to the DTPA you can gain an understanding that the practices in which Sign It Drive It LLC partakes in goes against the DTPA. Although, the vehicle on the Buyers Guide states "AS IS" it does not make the dealership exempt from the laws in which Texas has put into place to protect the customer from these actions that dealerships choose to do. You refer to money well money has no place in this issue, whether or not someone pays $1.00 or $100,000.00 doesn't make the actions ok. We purchased a vehicle from Sign It Drive It no matter what we paid and as a licensed dealership you are held accountable for the practices in which every employee chooses to do. An furthermore, the constant choice to state that conditions were withheld due to the financial aspects is not only wrong and goes against the DTPA but it then also becomes a discrimination issue because you and the other employees at Sign It Drive It feel they have the right to treat people differently due to their financial status. Your constant disregard and the responses that you have chosen to make are simply to deceive people into believing that Sign It Drive It is a business that handles issues that arise from the actions that they take. I will continue to inform anyone and everyone who truly wants to know what they are dealing with before doing business with the dealership about the true actions that continue to be done. Sign It Drive It needs to take accountability for the wrong things they do.

Everyone was great to work with.

Everyone was great to work with. Professional,respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. My salesman Mr. Graver was awesome. He along with the sale manager and finance manager worked with me to give a great deal on the Chevy truck I purchased from them. I recommend Sign It Drive It if you're looking to purchase a great used vehicle.

DO NOT work With This company.

DO NOT work With This company. I had a horrible experience with them. Called asked them if they can take ev tax credit on the point of sale. They agreed so I drove 2 hour to there dealership. The purchase was flawless. That was 4./26. 10 days later they told me they couldn’t take the tx credit as irs website is down and wanted me to pay it or return the car. I financed the car, finance company already funded. They would have to purchase it back from me if they want the car back. I was being nice and told to give me an offer. They told me they will illegally not issue me title and license plate and illegally tow my car. If you want this headache then buy from this dealer. As of now I still do not have my plates. 6/9. Temp is almost expired. My sales rep was DEXTER. Nice when you buy but the devil if you don’t left them strong arm you.

Overall good experience.

Overall good experience. Couldn’t get much done until you go in. Only put half a tank of gas in after they said they would fill it up and no floor mats. And manager special is not for everyone.

Isaac and Adolfo are great at what they do!

Isaac and Adolfo are great at what they do! I am having some issues with my credit right now and they did everything they could to get me in the truck I wanted! I am so happy with my new truck and I have Isaac and Adolfo to thank for that. I was so impressed with them that I sent two of my coworkers to them! One of my coworkers got herself a Honda Passport on the same day I was picking up my truck! Such an amazing team. Come get your new car or truck with these guys, you won't regret it.
