City of Cars

I recently found a car I absolutely love at City of Cars in Troy, Michigan. I had looked everywhere and had not found the vehicle I wanted. I did not want to make the same error as I had made in the past by “settling.” I happened to look at the City of Cars website and the car I wanted was there! I could not have had a better experience. Jose was patient with my questions, informative and especially kind to my little dog, Kingston. Otto was also everything I could have asked for in a business transaction. I would highly recommend City of Cars to anyone wanting to have a satisfying business transaction. I cannot speak highly enough for the staff and for the dealership!

Just took delivery of a 2010 Mazda Miata MX-5. Jose managed every aspect of the purchase process, from initial inquiry to delivery via transport. The car looks immaculate and well maintained from all indications. The enclosed transport by the local company was very much appreciated. This was a sight unseen purchase, a first for me. Based on this experience I would do it again with Circle of Cars. Well done Jose and others at CoC who supported him in the transaction.

I flew in to purchase a vehicle and Jose picked me up at the airport and by the time I left it didn't even feel like a business transaction. Jose was awesome and his video he made on the car is what hooked me. Everyone at City of Cars was fantastic and made me feel like I was a friend. Jose was honest and easy to deal with. They took care of everything, delivery to my house, plate, registration etc. they had the tank full and handled the few issues I noticed with the car at no additional charge. I would highly recommend Jose and city of cars for your next purchase.

We bought a 2019 F150 from Dale in November, 2020 and it was a super easy transaction. Zero pressure sales, truck was waiting up front when I arrived for a test drive and was fully prepped and waiting when I came back for delivery. I had asked for the window tinting to be removed and an interior nick touched up, both were done without question, the truck looked new! But what prompted this review was how Dale and City of Cars stood behind the sale 7 months later when I found an issue that I didn't notice before purchase. I was really impressed with how they responded and did what they could to help resolve the problem. They never pushed back or made excuses; it was clear they just wanted to make it right for the customer. They also did not ask for a "good review" or anything in return - this is an honest family business and that's pretty rare in the used car sales industry. Love my truck!

Never in your life do business with City Of Cars in Troy Michigan. What kind of salesman tells a customer not to put a deposit on the car they want, and then sells it, after you make an appointment to go see the car? Then tells me “I snoozed”. What is wrong with people. I offered to deposit on the car to make sure it’s there for when I buy it. Many dealerships offer this to accommodate someone that is clearly driving a few hours to get the car they want. I have never been more upset in my life at this xxxxxxxx. He says “there’s millions of shops”... sure I’ll go to a different one. Clearly they were upset I didnt want to buy the car without inspecting it. And telling me I can do next day inspections during Covid? 😂😂 bro ok. Im sick. Yeah I’m blaming myself big time.

Not a very good experience had car shipped went by, pics , mileage posted, repaired ,air dam, rev sensors, brakes ,dash light,wheel bearing, fuel pump issue warranty provided was shorted 10 days not used while in shipping,no operating manual 2010 Sportrac,My 2003 Sportrac Was Mechanically more sound Than this Truck when sold
