We purchased a 2025 Ford Maverick AWD Hybrid on 2/22/25.

We purchased a 2025 Ford Maverick AWD Hybrid on 2/22/25. Within a week, we found the promised safety features were missing. With no option to add them at the dealer, the GM offered a replacement at no cost—but only if we submitted a 5-star corporate survey, which we did at the time, and felt it was deserved. We want to revise that survey to reflect our overall experience 7 months later. The order for the replacement truck was placed on 2/28/25, and we were told it would be built in about 4–6 weeks; instead, Ford took over six months to build the truck. During that time, tariffs were put into place and the cost of the vehicle went up at the corporate Ford level. Pricing was unable to be confirmed until the truck was built and brought into the US. When it finally arrived, we were asked to pay for the cost/tariff increase and the fees all over again. This was about $3,500 and not something we had planned for. Efforts were made to alleviate the costs, but the initially discussed no cost replacement was no longer on the table. A consolation maintenance package was offered with minimal coverage for oil changes and tire rotations. Better than nothing, but limited nonetheless. Seven months later, we still don’t have the safety features. Overall, a disappointing end to a very positive initial experience.

It was a pleasure working with Greg Gorman, Assistant Service Manager. He expedited the service on my car. There wasn't pressure to do more than what was necessary, but did provide me with a list of repairs I should address the next time I come in for an oil change. I found this very helpful as I know what to expect as well as the cost. Thank you.

They were very helpful and I didn't feel pressured and there was no problem with getting done the things I needed to I repaired on the truck and Alex was right there and communicated well every step of the way he let me know what was going on.
