We had a very good experience when looking for a used car we had seen on line. The salesman was pleasant and not pushy. Chad Erwin the finance director, was excellent to work with. He took time to listen & was very helpful.

Beware of dishonest dealership
Horrible dealership! We were told car was in great condition and “would not be disappointed” when we got there. Drove 500 miles away to purchase BMW x5 50i. Pictures online appeared to be photoshopped because this car had 25k on it and in person looked like it had 100k!! No clue how someone could ruin a car that quickly! Told it had new tires. Well one tire was new…And it’s and AWD. You cannot replace one tire. Whole inside was destroyed. Driver seat was worn so badly and looked black in color. Seats were supposed to be saddle brown color. Rear fender has obvious wreck damage. Door dings and scratches everywhere. Dog hair still in car. Horrible detailing job. Chips and scratches all over interior console and door. This car looked so bad!! “Max AC button completely worn off”. They were supposed to hold up to their deal and we put deposit down to hold it. They said that’s why they sent the “video”! Well your video showed nothing for what’s real inside the car. They looked at us like they were shocked then after we pointed out all the issues with the car they said “this isn’t normally how we do business”. Well…. That’s what you did. Needless to say we left immediately and drove 500 miles back to Denver. Looked at the pics online again coming home. Yep….amazing what not showing damage can make a car look like. DO NOT buy from here. Oh read previous reviews and how communication was horrible too…put a deposit down and communication became horrible! My husband was working the deal for me because I’m a registered nurse and can’t take calls during the day. They refused to speak to him anymore until I called…. After days of making a deal…because they thought he was maybe scamming them?? Anyway do not go here. Not trustworthy, pics are photoshopped and they are not honest salesmen. Be aware.

Run! Do NOT buy from this dealership!
Our experience started off well and then quickly went South. I would NOT recommend buying from Husker because they are not honest and they will not respond when you try to get in touch with them regarding any issues. We were buying a car we found on Cars.com for our son for Christmas and needed it shipped. The salesperson who answered when I called was Spenser. He was great. That is where the excellence stopped, however. The finance manager, Keith Brooks, said that since we were out of state we had to finance through them, even though our credit union offered rates 2% lower. Fine. We will just refinance. But he agreed to go ahead and reduce the cost of the warranty we were purchasing. Wonderful. Got the paperwork and sped through it because we needed the car shipped and received before Christmas. After signing, we realized the warranty was not the reduced fee we were told (our mistake for not catching it sooner, but thought surely they will make it right). My husband emailed the Keith and got no response. I called and left a couple voicemails. Never called back. Got a standard email from the GM, Bryan Niebrugge, saying thanks for our purchase and let him know if there were any problems. My husband replied to the email letting him know about the problem with the price of the warranty. No response. I called the Bryan and left voicemails on 3 different occasions. No response. They then waited almost a week to ship the car. We did finally get the car and discovered the fuel gauge is not working. This issue was NOT disclosed. The gauge said the car was on empty (nice added bonus that they delivered it on what appeared to be empty)! most dealerships fill the car up when you purchase, but apparently not Husker. We take it to fill it up, and the gas pump keeps shutting off after only putting in 8 gallons. I look in the manual and it says the tank holds 13 gallons. Clearly it wasn’t empty, so something is wrong… Anyway, at first I thought the warranty price was just an oversight, but clearly they intentionally lied because if it was an oversight they would have at least picked up the phone or responded to an email. Very shady and unethical dealership. I would avoid at all costs. If you have ANY issues, they will be MIA.

Facilitated a remote purchase of a 2015 MB G550.
Facilitated a remote purchase of a 2015 MB G550. Paid full price, understanding the condition as described by sales representative. Several cosmetic issues were discovered shortly after purchase that were not disclosed. Several attempts were made to resolve the problems. Salesman and management chose to ignore calls, text messages and emails. Wrote a letter to GM, again...no response. Not the way a luxury brand should conduct business.
