Great experience

Sales rep James Sheeley was great. After calling several dealers and asking if I could talk to someone about getting lease info details, explaining that my husband would be the actual signer, they said no way, my husband would have to be there and refused to meet with me to even discuss lease payments. I called Fullerton and explained my situation and got an appointment with a sales manager, who in turn asked Mr. Sheeley to help me. After 4 hours of his time, I left with a contract drawn up contingent upon my husband's approval, but after he reviewed the info, he didn't want me to buy that particular car (a Focus 1.0L 3 cylinder). When I called Mr. Sheeley the next morning to inform him, he found me a 2.0L 4 cylinder, I went to look at it and he drew up a new contract with the exact same payment, my husband later came by to sign the contract and I drove my new Focus home!

Great buy at a great dealership

The great purchase

My wife and I have leased 2 vehicles dealing with Mr. Yonker and have been very satisfied with our purchases. His experience speaks for itself. Very knowledgeable and patient.

The best place to buy a brand new car

They were very helpfull from the moment I laid eyes on the car I wanted. The best service I ever had buying a car. I'm recommending this place to everyone I know.

Purchased a 2016 Ford Edge

I new the car I wanted and within 10 minutes I was making a deal. There was preasure. I picked up the car the next day.

Had my 2013 Chrysler 300 serviced here. My Rep was Cathy who kept me posted on the progress of my car the entire time and had the word done as promised. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and courteous. Next time I need work done I will be going back to Fullerton!

Efficient and Friendly- Wifi and Workstations

Took my car her for a recall repair to the airbag. Made an appointment by phone, and received three reminders by email. Service drive is indoors, which is good for inclement weather. Expansive waiting room with strong wifi, work stations, passable pastries/muffins, and a Keurig coffee machine. Shuttle to take you home or nearby restaurants or shopping was not needed. Start to finish, my 8:00 AM appointment to have the airbag replaced was done by 8:44. I dreaded the results of the free "99 point inspection", assuming several service needs would be suggested. However, the only thing turned up was a need for two new tires, of which I was already aware. This, to me, speaks to the honesty of their diagnosis, and I would use them again.

The best dealer and service

I have been using Fullerton for about 15 years to service all of my corporate lease cars. My advisor Fred Avila is outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about using this dealer.
