Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.

Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. We worked with David who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and responsive. He truly listened to me and was very respectful our budget and needs. I will buy our future cars from David without hesitation, and have recommended him several times in the one week we've had our car.

5 stars to Kaetlyn in service. Efficient, knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant. Service at this dealership is easy. Their drive through service allowed me to check in and drop my car off in less than 5 minutes. Service was completed and my return to pickup the vehicle was maybe all of about 2 minutes.

Bad sales practices here.

Bad sales practices here. Checked out a car and made a verbal agreement with my sales rep on a used Accord the following day. We agreed to a price and made a deal over the phone. I stated I couldn’t We agreed make it in that night due to my commute from my office and would not allow me to get there by the time they were still open. The sales rep and I agreed to meet in the morning at 9am, where they would have the car prepared for me and we can finalize the paperwork. Then I get a text at 10pm, after hours of their location, that the car sold and for me to not come in. I didn’t even get a call to come in or any warning it was being sold. Would not recommend buying from this location as they do not show a good faith business practice and honor an agreement. One of the worst car buying/shopping experiences I have ever had and will give my business to more deserving dealerships.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience – Every Time! As a returning customer, I find myself more impressed with each visit and every purchase. Tony has gone above and beyond time and again. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care have made the entire experience feel effortless. At this point, I honestly feel spoiled! The dealership itself always has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a place I truly enjoy returning to. I can confidently say I don’t see myself going anywhere else. Highly recommend!

This is the best dealer i have ever been to. Sales, Customer Service and Finance were on point. If felt great giving my business to PE Honda, because you know you are getting your moneys worth with their treatment.
