As a single woman purchasing a vehicle, it couldn’t have been easier. I was treated fairly from my trade-in to delivery of my brand new M440 after driving what I called Rolling locker rooms for a travel hockey for over a decade. I finally got a car for me! The dealership itself, and everyone who worked there couldn’t have been nicer, But Victor knew every inch of this car and explained everything in detail. He didn’t pressure me at all, and ultimately I drove out of there with a huge smile on my face. I would recommend Victor For a sales person and I have recommended him over and over. The guy was born to sell cars.

This dealership is so friendly and courteous, and gives great service. I had my 7 series serviced there today and as usual they treated me like family. Very impressed how the staff remembers my name and are so polite when addressing concerns. The service manager (Jeff) always goes out of his way to make sure everything is completed in a timely fashion as I often wait during service appointments. Great customer care and I highly recommend them for sales and service. We have purchased two new cars from this dealership and will continue to do business with them.

Fantastic treatment by Victor Palumbo -- start to finish -- for my long-distance purchase of a pre-owned 5 series. Victor sent high quality videos of the car so I could get a really good/close look before my 3-hour trip to pick it up. Best car buying experience I've ever had (and I've had a bunch). I purchased a car for $70k and when I took it to PA to get inspected, it failed the inspection. How does a $70k car fail an inspection in less than 2 weeks of buying it? I had to replace all 4 tires and have a balance of $2,879.00 to pay to BMW of Main Line. I will never buy car from Bridgewater ever again. The sales manager Bill and some other said they would call and never did. I’m disgusted with their service
