My husband and I had a disappointing experience during our recent visit to the BMW dealership in Bridgewater on August 16, 2025. From the beginning, the interaction with our sales representative, John, was unpleasant. He was discourteous and only answered a few of our questions, offering little to no effort in guiding us through the options. What made the experience worse was his refusal to test drive another model we were genuinely interested in. We felt dismissed and, quite frankly, insulted by his attitude. This is not the level of professionalism we expect from a BMW dealership. We will not be returning to the Bridgewater location and will be taking our business to other BMW dealerships where customers are treated with respect.

The Axiom coverage you purchased will provide valuable protection when you return your vehicle by covering items like minor scratches, interior wear, or small dents that exceed BMW's normal wear standards - potentially saving you hundreds of dollars in excess wear charges. Regarding maintenance services, BMW vehicles typically require oil changes every 10,000-15,000 miles under our Condition Based Service system, which monitors your specific driving conditions. Major services are generally scheduled based on your vehicle's computer recommendations rather than predetermined mileage intervals. I was truly convinced after observing all the positive reviews on this site. I told my wife, who's been shopping around for an X1, that we needed to stop by the BMW dealership of Bridgewater. Despite the long distance drive. It was worth every mile to get there. To begin with, we met with John Marsico, a client advisor who made us feel comfortable and excited in the proceedings of obtaining an offer that would fit our needs. The precise vehicle that my wife hoped for was not available at that time. The sales manager, Bill Hamilton, who unfortunately for us we didn't get to meet. Spoke by phone with my wife periodically in the progress of getting the vehicle she desired. Due to the inconvenience of waiting for the vehicle that was in-transit, Bill was able to pull through and we are truly grateful for making it possible. Bob Haller from finance made us feel like home. What an amazing experience it was. Bob was so fun to work with, we appreciate the great moment. Devin, the genius who explains all the features of the infotainment system, was great in answering our concerns.

John M. was GREAT to deal with, and highly recommended! -Honest, Straight Forward, and w/ "NO" B.S!! Also John was flexible with "minimal' sales tactics or pressure to purchase. Though an error was made the dealership and Manager Justin O. took responsibility, and addressed and corrected issue appropriately! I would highly recommend John, and this dealership, as part of your New or Used vehicle search. You will be treated fairly with respect and will not feel rushed.
