BMW of Bridgewater was very nice to deal with.

BMW of Bridgewater was very nice to deal with. I was given a loaner car, even had it over the weekend, since my car was not ready after dropping it off on a Friday. I was advised of other issues through a video of what needed further attention. They were very courteous, professional and friendly to deal with!

Just can’t beat the service. Everyone is extremely friendly and happy to be of assistance. Darrell is great. He calls when he promises to call.

We had an excellent service experience at BMW of Bridgewater for a new car urgent maintenance visit same day without waiting for an appointment in 2 weeks. New car faulty battery problem was quickly proactively identified and resolved. This put our car on the road again without any delays. Work has been done efficiently and professionally. Thank you our service advisor Andrew Kleczynski and everyone in staff, who serviced our car.
