Great customer service
Had a couple of Great customer service experiences here in the last couple of weeks. GEORGE OTERO in Service was very helpful in getting my airbag fixed. He also provided a loaner CRV which was very nice. I will also say I had a great experience ordering parts with Blaine Johnson in the parts department. Blaine was surpringly able to actually beat the prices from Amazon. Can't beat that! NO MORE AMAZON FOR ME, ATLEAST REGARDING HONDA PARTS LIKE AIR FILTERS AND SUCH!

Issue with my Honda Odyssey
I had an issue with my Honda Odyssey after speaking with Kyle and the service manager Eric my car was taking care off in no time. Awesome work. Awesome staff, and great service manager that took time to personally call us back to let us know about the status of the car and when it will be ready for pick up and took the extra step to personally give us the keys on the day we picked the car that's what I call great customer service.

Great Experience!
Stopped in on Friday of last week and had the pleasure of working with Tara on the purchase of my new Accord. In total, I was there for around 4 hours but she kept it as painless as she could. Even when my trade -in wouldn't start, she found a way to make the deal work. I know I'm not the easiest customer, but she was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. I would certainly recommend working with her and will be recommending her to my family and friends!

Horrible customer service
When they tell you that you will get your trade in check in ten days- yet I'm still waiting and I'm on week three. Also they don't respond to emails and it's very hard to reach someone ! I would not recommend

Loyal customer received best in class service
Exceptional service (10/10). Last Saturday my daughter, her husband and I met Jeffrey Gutland for the first time at the dealership. I wanted to lease a 2017Honda Accord because of the great performance of (my first) 2014 Accord (currently own a 2012 Honda Civic). Here is a guy who knows his job well. His excecution was flawless from the unit selection and pricing offers to the document preparation and delivery. He also had great support from the Accounting Team which was a reflection of his good interpersonal skills. I have only written a few reviews in my lifetime. It's usually a personal thank you for good service. However, we were so happy with his outstanding service that I decided to take the time to acknowledge his outstanding efforts. Thank You very much Mr Gutland and Open Road, We will highly recommend you to our family and friends.
