Oil change

We went for oil change at open road Honda , Edison Nj . After all done and we went home , I found out that the car have oil leaking and I took the car back to check what’s wrong and they told me nothing wrong except the guy who change the oils for the car left too much oil around the engine and this cause the leak on my new driveway ( I just did it one month before this happen ) this cause damage for the drive way and I spent $500 try to clean it but still have the stain in my driveway concrete .

Blatantly lied to From management

Trying to work out a trade on my car matt gave me a price 3 to 4000 lower than what their actual website gave for trade value. Matt told me they had a car in the lot like mine with Less Miles for less money and it was out and out lie!!It was my exact car with double the mileage, and almost 2000 $ more than he told me!w

Do not buy from this dealership, or be robbed.

Crooks. Sold me an extended warranty that they said was for 100k miles and 8 years after the initial warranty. Turns out the fine print says that it’s 8 years total, including the standard 3 year Honda warranty. The finance manager plainly told me “well you should have looked at the fine print for yourself.” $1700 for nothing. Never again will I or anyone I know deal with any of these Open Road dealerships again. Crooks.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

First is first -- I've been harassed to leave five star reviews since the day I leased my vehicle and have BELOW average service.THE REVIEWS ARE PUSHED AND NOT HONEST. Moreover, I have been unable to receive ANY help for ANY matter. Do NOT buy any additional service because you will just get tossed around and receive NO help. You will regret it like I am now. Awful just awful.

Dishonest, wasted my time and money

I got a price online that said included taxes and fees. I called up specifically to ask am I walking out with the monthly price and absolutely nothing down like your emailed quote says. They said yes. I said okay, I'm taking public transportation from an hour and a half away from work and plan on driving the car back to my home so this better be price with ZERO down. They said yes. I get to dealer and they completely lie and pretend I misread the quote. They added $5,560 due at signing when the quote says $0 due at signing. The quote even says includes taxes and fees and I specifically called them to make sure. Had to take Uber back. So disgusting-they have no problem lying and wasting people's valuable time and money. Just please do not come to them based on internet price, even if you get confirmation from them specifically that it's accurate. They have no shame.

Dishonest sales practices

Costco members beware: I obtained the Costco price from the finance department prior to visiting. I was presented with a supposed Costco price sheet that was in actuality a customized document with their logo on top along with Costco. Costco verified that this wasn't their form. On the price sheet was an additional $1900.00 of nonsensical dealer add- ons. The salesman frankly stated that " this is what Costco wants, we have no control over it". In addition the car price was 3K higher than the quoted price from their own finance department. When I called them on it the salesman quickly stated " oh that price seems reasonable", Ill check with the manager. The dishonesty was remarkable. Stay away unless you are fully prepared to deny them their scam.

A cheating Dealer

Beware, Open Road Honda is a cheater, a cheater. They offer a low internet out of door price, via email and to attract you walk in even you are out of state. When you show up, they offer a higher price including some dealer options, which you don't need. The sales take your driver's license information and even a credit card and pretend to negotiate with the manager. Once they take your information, they will not offer the internet price, and force you to purchase at a higher price. They use your information to lock your name in the system. you can not get the lower price from other dealers. BEWARE !!! They are the cheaters, sales and manager.
