great communications. Sent the truck in via a tow truck and received notification that the vehicle arrived. From that moment forward I was kept current with communications up to and including that the vehicle was ready for pickup.

Tito was a very nice sales person. There was no pressure when we changed our minds on which truck to buy. We are very happy with the deal TJ and Tito gave us. We love the truck that we bought!!

I just purchased a 2024 GMC 2500HD AT4X from Green Brook

I just purchased a 2024 GMC 2500HD AT4X from Green Brook GMC in NJ. I noticed issues with the paint on the truck and because I am not local to Green Brook GMC, I brought it to my local dealer in upstate NY. They told me that it was rail dust, and they could get the spots out but after 8 hours of trying they said the truck would need a complete repaint less the hood and tailgate. This truck was only 2 weeks old, $92,000 and now I have to have it repainted. Green Brook told me I have to deal direct with GM if I want a replacement truck since the truck is out of their dealership. I called and talked to the service representative at GM, and she stated to me that there nothing she can do for me since it has been under 30 days as it would be considered a sales problem and not a problem she can deal with. I called Peter Costigan, sales manager at Green Brook GMC and been dealing with him ever since. Peter keeps telling me that they are trying everything they can to get me a new truck on a trade allowance but as of today, 9/10/2024, he tells me they cannot help me because the truck is out of their district. But it was not when they sold it to me. What difference does that make? Its just a way to brush me off and be done with me. I also want to note the original salesperson from Green Brook offered to take this truck back in trade and sell me the exact same truck but in red and charge me an additional $9,000 for the truck. They were depreciating my truck $9,000. How was that taking care of a customer? I also offered to buy a more expensive truck from them and they still were not providing a fair trade price or deal on the new truck. I guess this is what you get when you buy from a non-local dealership. In the end Green Brook GMC sold me a truck with defective paint and they are not "Fairly" willing to do anything to get it replaced. All I got was empty promises that they they were working with GM and I believe this was a total lie. I would stay clear of this dealership! I learned a lesson that the dealership only cares about the sale.

Greenbrook GMC

Being a customer of Greenbrook GMC as a pleasant and rewarding experience. My sales team member Mike Santucci was awesome in every way and made the buying process smooth. All management was professional and supportive answering questions and making sure delivery was professionally done on time. I bought again at Greenbrook GMC because their service team and parts team are incredibly responsive and helpful with consistent exceptional service.

I had a great experience buying my truck from greenbrook

I had a great experience buying my truck from greenbrook GMC They work with me every step of the way Brandon my salesman was great. I went for first service, and that too was great. I wound up having a minor issue with my truck and Jason Bernhardt My service guy was absolutely amazing I'm a A tech also in the automotive industry and I was extremely pleased with my experience and I am extremely picky when it comes to having to bring my car somewhere for service. I live 40 minutes away from the dealer and because of Jason I would definitely go back there for service
