I really appreciate Danny T's (my sales rep) attentiveness to my needs and making sure I was completely satisfied with my new vehicle. All the staff I interacted with were professional and friendly when I picked up my new vehicle which I appreciated.

I normally do not leave reviews but I must tell you I saw this on the vehicle,on the web from Chevy exchange and I filled out the information. They immediately called me back and have been a pleasure to deal with the whole time everything they told me they delivered on. Miss viviana from Chevy exchange I believe she is the sales manager for out of state customers like my self that live 13 hrs away. she is the one that actually did all the paperwork for me and setting up the delivery to my residence she was definitely a pleasure to work with, and made everything very simple and understanding and most importantly comfortable also the sales manager Rob johns .. overall like to give this experience an A+, and would definitely recommend anybody to contact these people at the Chevy exchange, and ask for them personally…

The staff are all professional ,knowledgable Respectable. Everyone was very helpful Absolutely no pressure to buy! Took time to show us the inside radio ,heaters etc We were not rushed.We enjoyed conversations with all of them Pleasant atmosphere !!! Will send anyone of friends family to visit them!!!!

Chevy Exchange is the only car dealership I have ever felt welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared about!! Jeff Albert is the most downtown earth salesman I’ve ever met! He’s knowledgeable, works hard to give you the best deal he can get you, and he goes the extra mile to make you feel like he cares! (Because he does!)
