Chevy Exchange was an amazing experience and Vivian made it all happen! Checked in with several times to help us there the purchase process. Vivian went above and beyond to insure that we received the best deal possible for us. A no pressure sale's prose's. Made Shure our Tahoe was perfect. Great people taking care of people. My wife and I just purchased a 2021 Tahoe .

My wife and I just purchased a 2021 Tahoe . Our salesmen was Zayd He was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that he was not pushy and any questions I did have if he did not know he found out the answer for me quickly . I recommend this dealership and high recommend Zayd.

We purchased a new 2025 Z71 Traverse in July 2025 from

We purchased a new 2025 Z71 Traverse in July 2025 from The Chevy Exchange. It was the exact trim, color, and price we wanted — which is why we chose this dealership despite having closer options. Unfortunately, it has turned out to be the worst car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Within 30 minutes of driving home, the vehicle developed a loud chirping noise from the engine compartment. We contacted The Chevy Exchange immediately and they suggested coming in for a service appointment. After 2 hours of being on the lift, they confirmed the issue and stated they could not make any repairs due to bulletin #PIP6045 in which General Motors is aware of the issue and they do not recommend repairs at this time until GM engineering has a solution. A problem GM has been aware of since February 2025, months before our purchase. The Chevy Exchange sold us a brand-new vehicle with a known defect and claimed they were unaware of the issue. When we asked to return the vehicle, we were given two unacceptable options: 1. Return it and lose the $4,000 we had already paid in taxes and fees. 2. Trade it in at full MSRP for another vehicle and pay the difference — but only if the Traverse stayed under 1,000 miles. The general manager even told us that cars lose 20% of their value once they leave the lot and that offering us full trade value was “generous.” We strongly disagree. The ethical and professional response would have been to accept the vehicle back for a full refund. We escalated to GM Customer Assistance and even a senior executive at GM, but the answer remains the same: engineering is still “working on a solution” with no repair timeline. This model has been on the market for over a year, yet GM continues selling vehicles with this known issue — leaving customers stuck. Although General Motors has been responsive, the dealership has not. Now, with nearly 900 miles on the Traverse, the general manager has completely stopped responding to us. To make matters worse, The Chevy Exchange is owned by a larger enterprise, making it nearly impossible to contact ownership for help or hold their employees accountable for customer satisfaction. General Motors and The Chevy Exchange sold us a vehicle in bad faith and have refused to make it right. Their “solution” is for us to drive a $50,000 brand-new vehicle that chirps nonstop. If I could give this dealership 0 stars out of 5, I would. Hopefully, this review will prevent others from being in this situation at this dealership. With so many options out there for mid size SUV’s, we no longer have any loyalty or faith in the brand and hope our issue can be resolved in the near future.
