I recently purchased my Camry at Toyota World of Clinton and worked with Kyla. She was friendly, patient and very helpful throughout the process. She answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with each step. She also followed up promptly on my questions after the sale, which I greatly appreciated! Buying a car can feel overwhelming but Kyla made it smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend asking for her if you are considering a car at Toyota World of Clinton. This is my second purchase at the dealership and love the way they treat their customers.

My entire experience with Toyota World of Clinton has been excellent. I had my first maintenance service today. My appointment was right on time and Norman was so friendly and professional. The car was not only done quickly, but they washed it when they finished! I'm happy I bought my car here.

I am sorry that I bought a RAV4 hybrid from Toyota World
I am sorry that I bought a RAV4 hybrid from Toyota World of Clinton. The service center does not listen to owner’s concerns, and they are unwilling to discuss issues that have been under recall. Abrupt on the phone, and poor communication. I will never buy a Toyota again due to this experience.

Service appointment for an oil change on my 2016 4Runner with Norman. When I pulled in Norman met me and I mentioned that I had trouble getting it out of 4WD and back into 2WD. He said they would check that and they did, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired with adjustment and lube, thank you, Norman!
