Peter W was an inauthentic, dishonest salesperson.
Peter W was an inauthentic, dishonest salesperson. Typical car salesman type trying to get over on a woman. Brought me in with the guise of selling my car to him then low-balled me and was disrespectful and mean to boot. I will never go there again and will definitely make sure if this dealer is mentioned anytime I am within earshot, I will make known my business dealings were with them.

Absolutely the worst experience ever.
Absolutely the worst experience ever. We purchased a truck from this dealership, only to discover—after having it inspected by a reputable auto body shop—that it had been previously totaled. We have the report and photos to prove it. The vehicle was structurally unsound, held together by just two bolts. Had we been in an accident on the way home, it could have cost us our lives. Instead of suing, we gave them another chance. They offered no real options except one truck as an even exchange. Now, that replacement truck needs over $3,000 in repairs because the heat doesn’t work. The earliest service appointment they gave us was a month out, and now they claim our warranty expired—by just 200 miles. Conveniently, that one-month delay let them off the hook. This dealership is unethical and dishonest. I am currently reporting them to the state, the BBB, and every consumer protection agency I can find. Do yourself a favor: RUN from this dealership. They took 500.00 from us just to evaluate the heat situation. They wouldn’t even waive that fee.! They are DISHONEST DISGUSTING HUMAN BEINGS. FROM THE SALES REP TO THE MANAGER TO THE SERVICE DEPT And THE MANAGER BILL NOT ONCE BUT TWICE SAID ILL CALL YOU BACK let me see what I can do and not once did he give us a final answer HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Do not buy from this dealer. I found a car I thought would be perfect for my son, who is a new driver. After receiving a call from the dealership asking when I wanted to see the car, I told them I would be coming in that same day. We live over an hour away, and when we arrived, we were extremely disappointed to learn that the car had actually been sold four days earlier. I spoke with Tomas Gonzalez, who showed little concern about the situation or the fact that we traveled so far for a car that wasn’t even available. What made the experience worse was seeing how disappointed my son was. He worked hard, saved his money, and was excited to make his first car purchase—only to experience firsthand that some dealerships do not value customers’ time or honesty. Remember: dealership staff are not family or friends, and in our experience here, they were not interested in helping—only in making a sale. I strongly recommend going elsewhere. We recently purchased a car for my wife at another dealership without any issues, which shows that good, honest dealers still exist—just not here.
