Awesome Experience
This dealership went above and beyond to help me. I had an issue with a vehicle I bought in NY. The original dealership wouldn’t even help me, but Michelle and her team at Princeton made the process what it should be- exciting and not stressful. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Disappointing Service
I did not feel that what I requested and paid for was completed. I have been a customer for almost 10 years. The communication could have been better. This is really making me question if I should look other places to have my car serviced.

BMW new car purchase

Purchasing a BMW at the Princeton dealership is truly an experience! The Ultimate Driving Machine" is not only for the 228i XDrive Gran Coupe, which I love; but for the more encompassing hands-on client service experience. The newest addition to the Holman Princeton family, Gregor Van Sise, who is a technology expert was able to explain how to use some of the new technology added to the 2021 Gran Coupe, which put my mind at ease and driving more exciting. He is easy to work with and very assessible, able to answer all my questions! I would definitely, purchase another vehicle from this dealership

Spotless broken window repair and service
Great service. I had a very messy rear window break with glass everywhere tidied up spotlessly. I borrowed a brand new spotless courtesy car during the repair which was fun too!
