My experiences at this dealership are always excellent, Ross Seifert, service manager is always accommodating, arranges suitable appointment times, and explains, in detail, what is taking place, and answers all my questions. Tony, is a superior mechanic, really knows his business.

Scheduled an appointment online and arrived early. I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and rear differential fluid change. My entire time in the dealership was 50 minutes. Very pleased with the entire service.

Friendly but professional. Willing to negotiate to an agreed on price. They found the car we were looking for , the exterior, interior , and the special features we wanted.

The Service department is composed of knowledgeable and professional people who care about their work and their customers and will go the extra mile for their customers.

Avalon Honda truly lives up to their slogan of being the home of the nice guys (ladies too). From beginning to end, the experience was pleasant and hassle-free. One of the few dealerships I've found that prides itself in honesty and treating customers with respect. No hidden gimmicks, added gizmos, or deception. Truly a well oiled machine. Arrived at dealership late in evening. Did not feel rushed or pressured. Made deal and picked up vehicle next day with no hassle or change in terms. Natalie my sales person, was informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Chris worked up the finance paperwork efficiently and was generally friendly. This is my third vehicle leased at this dealership and by far the best experience so far. Very happy with my new car as well. Thank you!

From the receptionist Sophia to the Service Manager Ross and Mike G. and Brittney all were responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward working in the Avalon team for all my auto needs.

In for a routine oil and filter change. Pleasent waiting area. The service advisor keeps you apprised of work needed to be performed on your vehicle.

I was dealing with Robert Frankel and Michael Guida. Even though they were short handed, they took the time to explain away any questions I had. I had no pressure tactics applied to me unlike the competition usually does. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Susan was a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgable and accommodating . Never felt pressured or rushed. Have been leasing a Honda for the past 3 years. Service has always been excellent.
