I was interested in an Equinox EV, AWD with panoramic

I was interested in an Equinox EV, AWD with panoramic sunroof. I had tried other dealers, but never got a strait story, just markups and no transparency. I went to Barlow, test drove a car, and worked with them over the phone to locate a vehicle that met my desires. Dave and Tracey were great. They worked to get me all possible incentives and discounts, there were no add on packages. When the day came to finalize pricing and close the deal, they were great. I would lease or buy from them again.

I had routine service.

I had routine service. I always have good service from Barlow Chevrolet, Always pleasant to deal with. I should not require a written review and definitely not a 25 word requirement!

Yipee!

Yipee! My 6 year anniversary. When I scheduled my 30,000 mile service check-up they made it happen quickly. All work, including wiper blades and checking tire senstheuor locations I requested, was done really quickly while I waited. Again, Ed Barlow recognized me, remembered my name, and we had a catch up on things conversation. I'm so glad I bought my Equinox here and have got all needed service here since purchase. Superb dealership and owner in all aspects. Thank You and i look forward to my next service!

Unsatisfied

I brought my impala in for an oil change. Prior I had already noticed a load noise every time I started. Wasn?t sure what it was. I never mentioned it when I brought it in because I thought I would be informed about it after my car was finished being serviced. I was not. It?s like they didn?t know anything about it. After I payed for my oil change and stated my car the noise was still present. I called my rep over and pointed it out. I then had to bring my car back in the following week to get it diagnosed which was an inconvenience since it was just there. My front cat converter had a crack. And caused the sound. Like I mentioned the sound is loud to the point that you can?t miss it. Whenever I have an appointment I park my car there the night before because I usually choose the earliest appt. So in my opinion the person who drive my car in the next morning most definitely heard that noise. I?m not happy with that service at all. There were other minor things I was not satisfied with I?m not going to mentioned. I won?t be returning long story short.

My name is James I schedule appointment for Thursday

My name is James I schedule appointment for Thursday 1/4//2024 at 9 am. 2024 Chevy Tahoe. It will confirmed by the Sales representative for oil change and detail. I show up on time had a conversation with Samantha. It was confirmed for oil change and car detail. When I call back at 4 o’clock 7 hours later my car haven’t even got an oil change yet. They have my car for the whole day .meanwhile I had to pay for Uber causing me $120. I came to pick up my car on Friday the 1/5/2024 and my car haven’t even been in touch all detail. That was very unprofessional or dealership Customer service was horrible. Meanwhile why I was upset some of the employees in the service departments was laughing. Samantha did apologize. I have been there multiple time for oil change, but this time was horrible and it cost me time and money. The excuse I got for Samantha said because it was a drop off. I don’t care if it was a drop off if the appointment is set at 9 o’clock that car should be done first. And if we had a conversation that my car is going for the oil change and the detail, why will you park my car for seven hours and do other customers oil change when I came on time to make sure that the job is done, right that’s my question. I’m very upset very upset. I am miss my son birthday because of this appointment it cost me money and time, and the job was not done!!!!

I went in to have my Chevy Trax serviced. The service there was very good. I didn't have to wait long and they kept me up to date as to what was going on. I would definitely recommend Barlow to everyone. Great job in service. Thank you!
