Wreck new Bentley then Delivered to customer

Purchased a new Bentley from FC Kerbeck, When car was delivered, I was told by transport driver that the car had been in a accident and he was informed to deliver anyway. FC Kerbeck treats its minority customers like dirt, be careful especially for Eric Bloom the GM.

Great Customer Service

I recently purchased a car from F.C. Kerbeck and had a great experience with Greg Read. Not only did he get me the best price possible, he was very friendly and there were multiple occasions where I had to call his cell phone and each time he answered and resolved my issues immediately. I am extremely happy with my purchase thanks to Greg Read. I highly recommend F.C.Kerbeck and especially working with him.

Best experience ever at a dealer

Greg Reed, best salesperson I ever met, made my experience to drive away a new Maserati one of the most unforgettable days ever had. Greg did a lot of extra work for me and make it possible for everything to work out. I truly appreciate that and still keep in touch with him via texts every now and then. I highly recommend Greg. This dealership also runs fantastic sales events. I will definitely check back when I am ready to drive away my first Lambo in the new few years.

It shouldn't be about you winning.

On the whole, a relatively painless experience - my wife and I came with the exact car that we wanted to purchase, even picked it out of the lot for them. We knew what we wanted for our trade, and that's where it got a little sideways. After negotiating a lower trade in cost than we had expected, we were greeted by a sales manager who tried to get us down even further - as if we didn't understand why we should get what the car was worth. The the point that as we came down $3500, he was unwilling to move $5. Seriously, $5. He said he had to win...which really gave me a terrible taste in my mouth. In fact, had we found this car anywhere else, that would have been the point at which I walked. But, we were boxed in, so I bit my tongue and let it go. Needless to say, we'll be avoiding going back.

Buying new GMC Acadia

My wife and I had a great experience with F.C. Kerbeck when purchasing our new 2017 GMC Acadia. The sales person Greg Henkel was awesome to deal with. He did not pressure us in anyway and that is one thing I respect. The dealership itself was awesome to deal with. My 7 year old daughter was starting to get hungry after being there a few hours and the dealership went and bought us lunch. I would strongly recommend this dealership and sales person to anyone looking to buy a new car. I would give them 10 STARS if I could!! Thank you for everything! The Schwartz Family

SHOPPING FOR USED SUV

THE SALESMAN WAS FRIENDLY AND GOT ME APPROVED IMMEDIATLEY AND EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH FROM THAT POINT FORWARD. NO HASSLE OVER PRICING I TOLD HIM WHAT I HAD TO PUT DOWN AND WHAT I COULD AFFORD TO PAY EACH MONTH AND THAT WAS IT. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE MY BUSINESS WHEN IAM READY TO BUY ANOTHER SUV.

Excellent customer service

Ryan was very professional and easy to work with. He explained to me clearly benefits of Leasing and made me comfortable with my purchase. I had never leased before, so he clearly explained what the benefits were for my situation. Regarding the vehicle, Ryan explained to me all the features of the car and went above and beyond what was required. He was fantastic. I give him a thumbs up.
