In November 2018, I purchased a new Chrysler Pacifica
In November 2018, I purchased a new Chrysler Pacifica with only 71 miles on the odometer. I was unaware that there had been an accident on the lot and assumed that the vehicle was brand new and had never been in a repair shop. However, I am currently attempting to sell the car, and as we utilize Carfax, I discovered that there was damage three months prior to my purchase in August 2018. The damage was extensive and ranged from moderate to severe, affecting various areas of the vehicle. I contacted the manager, who informed me that there had been a hail storm and that the damage was below a certain threshold. He was advised by his legal representative that he was not obligated to disclose the damage to customers as a defective vehicle. However, he was required to report the damage to Carfax. I strongly advise against purchasing from this dealership.

The cosmetic damage on your Pacifica was well below that threshold and was professionally repaired before the sale. Also, Carfax reports are compiled using information they gather from various third parties, such as insurance companies and repair facilities—no business is required to submit any information to Carfax. That said, we completely understand how this could be frustrating to learn after the fact, and we apologize for any confusion. I bought a Gladiator from this dealership 1 week ago and
I bought a Gladiator from this dealership 1 week ago and gave the salesperson 8's and 9's. Yesterday I was waiting at the service dept for some parts nto be put on the truck when the sales manager, Dave Semp came charging at me. In his hnds was the printout of my review and he was livid. He kept shaking the paper in my face saying that he had told me to only give 10's. I tried to explain to him the reasoning behind the numbers, but he kept shutting me down. Kept talking at me and repeating over and over how he told me to only give tens. he eventually stormed off. This while in the waiting area in front of other customers. I will never take my Jeep there to be serviced.

Overall wonderful experience! Rob did a great job assisting me on my search for my very first Jeep wrangler. He made sure that I found exactly what I was looking for and did a fantastic job working with me and explaining all of the features of the car. Rob and Vinnie made for a great experience and smooth process on my first purchase I could not be happier!

Great service
In for an oil change and tire rotation as well as a software update. No issues and work was completed early. Waiting room was nice and the complimentary snacks were great.

Lease buy out - fantastic dealership
