Quick oil change
As always, made my appointment Matt was waiting for me. My car recieved immediate attention. The job was completed as promised. No up sale attempted. Just a review of the vehicle inspection. Thanks for continued great service.

Horrible service
I am utterly disgusted by the way that Cherry Hill Nissan performs as a business. The service team is not honorable. We have been to this location multiple times and have 1 car being financed a 2012 nissian Versa and a leased 2018 Nissan Rogue. Every time we come there is always an issue and one thing is told to us over the phone and another thing is communicated in person. An example is when I called to set up my 2012 Versa to be looked at no one told me over the phone that I needed to have 2 years of an oil change receipt that my car being looked at had nothing to do with car maintenance. Additionally, it was not communicated that 142.00 was needed to be paid to look at the car. I was told if it has anything to do with the transmission by Mike of the Service team that Nissan doesn't normally have problems with their transmission. I felt that I was not being heard and any car from any dealership can have issues. I have talked to several mechanics about the transmission and they all said they I need a new transmission. However, Cherry Hill Nissan continues to avoid the issue of fixing it knowing that I'm nearing the end of my warranty. Best Regards, Calvin D. Samuel Rashanna C. Samuel

No charge for service/repair for my Nissan Altima
My Nissan Altima was experiencing an exhaust rattle. Since I am a loyal customer and always take my car to this Nissan location, they were able to fix the issue for no charge. I was so thrilled. Dennis Webb was the assistant service manager who dealt with my car. He was very professional and so nice. I would highly recommend Cherry Hill Nissan because every time I come I have nothing but good things to say.

Oil change
Knowledgeable and willing to negotiate. Salesperson wanted to make sure I was taken care of due to last experience and being along time customer. Wanted to assure u was completely satisfied.

Service
This service department just don’t pay attention to their customers. I had bought the package that covers everything. Leasing a new titan. Had oil changed twice in two years and they keep charging me, they also schedule you for appointment and when you get there they tell you that you’re not on their schedule. Something has to change there.
