LIERS!

LIERS!!! I asked few times before wasting time driving there is they take Honda leased car as tread - they repeatedly said YES. I came over wasted 2.5 hours with them just to have them tell me they do not take Honda as trad! Offered me to pay my last payment + 5k down!! My leased car brand new with 3600 miles! STAY AWAY!!!!

Have yet to talk with anyone there who doesn’t cringe at the thought of being honest up front . And when they are caught , you will get multiple , unwanted telephone calls from them ,culminating in having to advise them that Law Enforcement might have to be contacted .

James sold me a Kia Rio about a year ago.

James sold me a Kia Rio about a year ago. After I signed everything, he told me that if give him "all tens" in the post-sale survey, he would arrange for me to get a free oil change. Not entirely ethical, but a free oil change is a nice perk, so I gave him the tens he asked for. Before I signed, there were some reasons for us to email back and forth. Once the sale was complete, however, he has ignored every single email I've sent. Needless to say, he got the tens he asked for and I'm left to wonder if he ever intended to hold up his end of the bargain. Since he's been ignoring me, I chatted with someone else at the dealership and she said she'll ask the service department to address the free oil change issue and she'll have them contact me by email. They never did. One star for James; one star for Kia of Cherry Hill. Take your money elsewhere!

Went in there on 12/30/24 to inquire about a Tungsten Ram

Went in there on 12/30/24 to inquire about a Tungsten Ram 1500 they listed on their website for 85k. To my surprise the vehicle was not on sight and expected delivery would be 1/15/24. During initial negotiations Harold said the internet price was just there for show to get people in the door and that specific vehicle would not sell for less then 99k, mind you MSRP was 89k. After about 15 min of back and forth I walked out very unsatisfied. I wish those guys well with there make believe online pricing.

worst dealership ever.

worst dealership ever. I fyou can even spek to a person in service they lie to you about everything. Won't even give their name when talking to them. Have a Jeep wrangler there for recall, said it would be done in two hours, now it is 24 hours later. The woman who answered lied and said it needed to have a more thorough software update and would be two more days. After asking several more questions and damanding the keys to be returned, as we would take the car elsewhere, she finally admitted they have not touched the car. This is a car that we purchased for cash 5 months ago and I am still fighting to get the title. Worst place ever and not sure how they have customers left. Never again for us. Plenty of other legit jeep dealers around. Go elsewhere is all i can say!!!!

Dealer sold the car that I was talking to them about on

Dealer sold the car that I was talking to them about on Saturday and did not inform me that it had sold. I talked to them Monday morning before heading to the dealership and they still did not inform me that it sold. Then they wasted my time in the dealership trying to sell me a more expensive vehicle. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone

They have had my car for 2 weeks.

They have had my car for 2 weeks. The person in charge will not talk to me. They are always busy and never call back. My KIA Niro needed a new transmission after 16,000 miles! It was supposed to be done a week ago. The rental taxed are piling up. KIA is still junk, and KIA of Cherry Hill service is crap.

My son and I recently purchased a Sportage and a Forte at Cherry Hill Kia, and Dan Elmer was our salesman. He went above and beyond to assist us in making our selections. Dan was friendly, courteous, and highly knowledgeable about the vehicles we chose. Shortly after my purchase, I had a question about my car and called Dan. The service department will waste your time.

The service department will waste your time. They forget about customers in the lobby waiting for their car, they lie about performing maintenance on your car, they lie about accurately helping you on their checklist. There’s no point in making maintenance appointments as they don’t honor them. PREVENT THIS DEALER FOR THE SAKE OF YOURSELF!
