Q50 purchase

We recently purchased a certified used Q50,beautiful car, & excellent experience with the dealership. Our salesperson was John Lato, he was knowledgeable, and more than willing to help us with every question & concern. He spent a lot oft time getting to know us and remembering what we said when we came back a second time to actually purchase the car.

Terrific Experience at Douglas Infiniti

Last week, July 27, 2018 I purchased a certified pre-owned FX37 from Douglas Infiniti in Summit, NJ. I received top notch salesmanship from Mr. Carey Jackson. He provided thorough product knowledge as well as a charming personal touch. The buying experience was smooth and pressure-free. I spotted a few minor issues with the car such as a loose interior panel and a small rip in the leather. Carey made sure that everything was rectified (at no cost to me) before handing me the keys. I chose to finance the vehicle through Infiniti (as their rate was much better than my bank’s offer) and even the financing guy, Jamie, was courteous and personable. I highly recommend Mr. Carey Jackson and the rest of the team at Douglas Infiniti, Summit, NJ.

Great Experience

BAD CPO

Horrible experience after we took delivery. We bought a CPO, which is supposed to mean certified pre-owned??? As per Douglas, it means car performs okay!!! Within 4 months, we had to replace the tires, brakes(front and rear)and all the filters. The dealer didn't want to hear anything and stated that the car met all the so called "requirements" put forth by Infiniti. Unfortunately, not all dealers adhere to the guidelines correctly, or go the extra mile to make sure that the vehicle is in good working order. We have purchased quite a few CPO vehicles from another dealer in NJ and received a vehicle with new tires, brakes and in 100% perfect condition. I guess the moral of the story is "Caveat Emptor"(let the buyer beware)!!!

Great purchase experience and good service

Made a good deal on a 2018 QX60 AWD with driver assistance package with Carey Jackson, and picked up the car yesterday. The whole transaction was quick and smooth; only involved a test drive a few weeks ago, and a few phone/text/email conversations to confirm a final price, and spent a few hours in showroom to verify the new car and signed some papers, then off to home; the whole experience was great, and the price was better than my expectation.
