We just picked up our 4th car from Sussex Honda. By far one of the best experiences (as always). Totally professional and on time delivery. I will never go any place else.

Amazing experience!

Amazing experience!! This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. The sales team and management were extremely helpful, kept me up to date with the status of things and were very clear and transparent. I will never buy a Honda from another dealership again.

My experience with Sussex Honda was very easy and rewarding. My salesmen, Chris, was very helpful and knowledgeable and did not pressure me. He was able to locate the CRV in the color I was seeking quickly. Luke was the guy that explained all the features of the car and set up the phone. My dealings with the Jeff in Finance was also easy and not pressured.

This is our third purchase from Sussex Honda in three

This is our third purchase from Sussex Honda in three years. Once again, we dealt with Zac who was fantastic. He was more than accommodating to our needs. Since we live in New York and the dealership is about 45 minutes away in New Jersey we mainly communicated with Zac via e-mail. Any questions we had, he would quickly get back to us. We did not purchase this vehicle from our local Honda dealership, Middletown Honda, because they lost our business during Covid when they began to charge customers a “market adjustment fee” just to buy a vehicle from them. Getting back to Sussex Honda, Zac then brought us to Jeffrey to handle the financing portion of our purchase. Jeffrey was well prepared and quickly and painlessly took care of all our paperwork, as well as answered any questions we had. I would not hesitate to give Sussex Honda my business again.

Highly Recommend Sussex Honda

This review is coming from a person who does not like car shopping at all.... Sussex Honda was a wonderful and smooth experience! Everyone was polite, approachable, and down to earth. It was easy to ask them questions. They were helpful every step of the way. Having someone walk me through all my new car's buttons was genius and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend Sussex Honda.
