Brought my me Venza in for it’s first service Monday and my service representative Joseph Greeted me and got the car into shop right away. Everyone was very polite and the Dealership was Very neat and clean. We waited in the Showroom and enjoyed looking at the new vehicles and before you know it Joseph showed up with our keys and receipt. The Car was washed and parked right by the front door, ready for takeoff. Thanks everyone for the courteous and efficient help. Bob

I have been a customer of Toyota World for 15 years. Today I was having my 40k Mile service and was informed that I needed a repair that would cost around $800.00. I asked Robert to check to see if my extended warranty would cover it. Robert checked and it was. Happy Ending!! Thank you Robert 👍

it was my first time at this dealership and it was a good experience. i went in for the 5k service on my 2023 tacoma. the staff was friendly and courteous and the wait wasn’t long and th lounge was comfortable. i have no problem making them my toyota dealership for service in the future
