Dave was extremely helpful. He worked within our budget and addressed all of our concerns. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this friendly and easy-going guy. If you're in the market for a car, buy it at Towne Hyundai. They have a large selection. My husband and I bought a 2013 Veloster and we love it. Thanks again Dave!

DON'T GO HERE!!!! They totally lie and misrepresent themselves just to get you in. I understand sales and herring people in the door but everything about the deal changed. The salesman even said he doesn't appreciate haggling! Sine that is pretty much the job he chose II thought that was a little odd also. All the positive comments on here are put here by them!

So happy that when we walked in to Towne Hyndai Fred approached us. He was very informative and just a pleasure to work with. I will definitely return to Towne and use Fred. I have recommended Fred to 2 of my co-workers.

Dealer advised they accidentally overcharged us for registration and would refund us the money. Said we'd have a check when the plates came in. It took a full two months of phone calls - it was "locked in the accounting office", not yet cut, in the mail, etc. We stooped in several times because we were told the check would be there and it wasn't. When we called, we were only allowed to speak with our salesman although we'd asked for accounting and the gm. We received a host of excuses until we told them that we were going to the BBB and atty. general's office to file a complaint. The retort to that was "that amount of money isn't going to break anyone." Bottom line was it was our money, not their's. The amount of the money was small; the attitude along the way made us distrust this dealership. We will not be returning nor recommending them. Dealer also sold vehicle without a window sticker.

It was a pleasure meeting and working with Mr Hakim. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. He answered all our questions and made some suggestions about over models we had not considered.

Joe Ippolito is an exceptional salesman. My husband Joe and I went to purchase a used car and walked out with a fully loaded limited Sonata. We love it! I had an overall great experience at this dealership. Tom was very helpful and informative of my concerns, without being pushy like most car salesman. The process did take longer than I anticipated, but the majority of the time spent was going over everything I would need to know about the car. I was also happy that they were able to accommodate me with my financial preferences. I was happy to receive a follow up call to touch base on any questions since my purchase. And I LOVE my car! I would definitely recommend Towne Hyundai, ask for Tom.

Just stopped in to check out some cars and were very pleased with the friendliness and quality of service at this dealership. While we were ignored at other dealers, Joe and his assistant took the time to show us several cars and explain their features. Will likely make a purchase from here.
