I recently purchased a car from Acura of denville and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. My salesperson, Bernardo Amster was knowledgeable and really listened to what I was looking for. The whole process was transparent and straightforward, and I felt like I got a great deal. I highly recommend acura of denville to anyone in the market for a new or used car!"

What a great Experience, dealing with this Family-Owned

What a great Experience, dealing with this Family-Owned Dealership. From start to finish, I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect by all that I came in contact with. The team was professional, friendly, and very welcoming. What was immediately apparent was the relaxed, non-pressured atmosphere of the place. I felt unhurried, relaxed and well served throughout the Buying process. Thank You. SPECIFICS: After finding a car on the Net that caught my attention, and was being offered at a reasonably attractive price, I immediately did my due diligence and researched Buyer Satisfaction. I found overwhelmingly Positive Results. Entry after entry wrote glowingly about their experience; many were longstanding, loyal, repeat customers, others were very happy first-timers. A nice mix, and a nice start. Calling the Dealership to set up an appointment, was an easy process. Meghan pleasantly set up the visit that very same day, tailoring it exactly to my scheduling needs. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by my assigned Salesperson, Steve Victor (a decades-long employee). I knew immediately that I had come to the right place. He exuded a relaxed honesty that put me instantly at ease. I liked him immediately, a very good start. No hi-pressured Sales tactics with Steve, just a quiet confidence and professionalism. from the first I suspected that I'd be well taken care of... which proved to be absolutely correct. After a brief interview, Steve conducted a walk-around tour of my selected car. The 2025 RDX was beautifully presented and conveniently showcased-parked at the entrance. IMO, it was a stunning attention grabber that i immediately noted. After highlighting the car's beautiful exterior appointments, Steve expertly showcased the many hi-end features, luxuries and electronic niceties of the very plush, upscale interior. If I wasn't Sold then, I certainly was after the Test Drive. During the Test Drive, Steve attentively extoled the cars many virtues and pointed out its unique Safety & Driver-Assist qualities. He wisely gave me ample space to thoroughly enjoy the driving experience on both local & highway roads and come to my own conclusion. I was then introduced to Denville"s Sales Manager, Victor Jinotti, who, having driven the vehicle, helped seal the deal by supplying firsthand knowledge of the vehicle's condition & history. Mr. Jinotti was friendly, laidback, direct and very informed. He was an enthusiastic endorser of the car and the Family-Owned Dealership that he served. He seemed to thoroughly enjoy telling & being part of both of their stories. Afterwards, Steve Victor & I quickly agreed on a purchase price, including a few extras: a Pre-Owned Certified Extended Warrantee, and installation of roof rails & rack. All tied to a very attractive Finance Rate. In minutes, Mr.Jinotti approved all, and the deal was Officially struck. A few days later, I returned to Meet with the Finance Mgr, Jose Gonzalez, to finalize the deal (including enhanced warrantees, and Service Agreements), and to formally accept the Finance Agreement. This meeting went smoothly in a very congenial atmosphere. There were no surprises or hidden fees/agendas. What was agreed upon earlier, was exactly what was presented & finalized... including the additional Service Contracts & enhancements that were negotiated with Jose. these add-on extras were a result of my confidence in the Dealerships honest approach, and my comfort level with the fabulous Staff. My trust & appreciation with how I was treated, translated directly into my signing-up for the added Service Contract, and assorted extras. I consider it a Win-Win, all around.

Everyone at the dealership were fantastic!

Everyone at the dealership were fantastic! Daniel was so amazing to work with! I can be quite indecisive and and kept changing my mind on colors and the make of the car and the options I wanted. He was extremely patient and understanding. I received a call from him to see how I was enjoying my new car. He was very knowledgeable about all of the options and packages. Daniel made leasing a new car an easy and smooth transaction. I would definitely work with him again!!
