Dishonest dishonest dishonest!

Dishonest dishonest dishonest! Gave us a written price to sell are used cheap and then when we came to the dealership it was thousands and thousands of dollars lower even though they said our car was in great shape.

I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for 10 am.

I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for 10 am. I dropped vehicle off on time. I had a friend come with. We left. We drive by at 12:30, the car had not moved, they called at 3 to say they would not be able to change my breaks due to another person. And I have to get a rental. When I called 3 weeks ago for a brake job, they were wide open with slots. Because I live a. Hour away, i wanted to secure a spot. O drove around town all day waiting. They should have gave me a rental at 10. They gave me a 100 discount, what a slap in the face,

TJ and the Ray Chevrolet team have sincere customer focus. Great communication, expert service, and the staff is very accommodating! My Colorado was purchased new ar Ray Chevrolet and I am very happy with the full team there! I will continue to have them perform all service on my Colorado and also plan to purchase a Silverado from them in the near future!!
