I took my car in, paid $1700 to get fixed, warning light

I took my car in, paid $1700 to get fixed, warning light came back on within a day. Took care back, they worked with GM to identify problem, then it was $7700 worth of repairs. I paid the $1700, I wanted a refund and I’m told it’s being worked on. I refused to pay $7700 and ended trading in my paid off car that was worth $10k-$12k. The gave me $4500. Not real happy about any of this

Bill Sullivan was extremely patient with us. We did not stop there with a vehicle in mind, in fact, we didn’t even drive the vehicle we would be trading in to the dealership. Bill helped us thoroughly go through various different cars sitting in each seating position to compare vehicles essentially side-by-side. Later we found a vehicle we loved under one of the big tents they had set up and asked if they could back the car out to see the color better because the red stripes on the tent made it difficult to see the actual color. The stars aligned and we decided to move forward to purchase that vehicle. Only problem was our trade-in was at home 30 minutes away. So we finalized a deal with a contingency of them seeing our trade in. An hour and a half later after retrieving the vehicle, they honored their site-unseen appraisal, despite some extenuating circumstances. Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with our dealings with them. And we love the new car!

They are the best.

They are the best. From the sales, management service under writer's. The technicians are very curties about keeping the vehicle clean. The hole staff is like family. Couldn't be happier.

Wonderful service.

Wonderful service. My salesman Hugo was very kind and helpful in the purchase of my new car. I have been a customer of Ray Chevrolet for 6 years and have always been very impressed with the quality of service in maintaining my car.
