Well luisi had problem with my truck took back on tue .and guess cooking for Employees is more important then taking care of your Customers so one other guys help me but got go back to ray hopefully problem will be solved ..special when you on very tight budget

I took my car in, paid $1700 to get fixed, warning light
I took my car in, paid $1700 to get fixed, warning light came back on within a day. Took care back, they worked with GM to identify problem, then it was $7700 worth of repairs. I paid the $1700, I wanted a refund and I’m told it’s being worked on. I refused to pay $7700 and ended trading in my paid off car that was worth $10k-$12k. The gave me $4500. Not real happy about any of this

The salesman Hugo did not let me test drive the truck but
The salesman Hugo did not let me test drive the truck but for a few minutes and I was only given 1 key and was given a run around before I had to call general manager to resolve the problem. I feel I should have more time to inspect and drive a vehicle that I might potentially be purchasing. The salesman needs to work on his customer service and sales techniques. Because of his actions and inactions, He is not a salesman that I would recommend if someone wants to purchase a vehicle. The sales manager is attempting to correct all issues, this is my experience dealing with Hugo Ayala.
