DCH Freehold Toyota

We recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna at DCH Freehold Toyota. All of the staff at DCH were amazingly helpful and we never felt any pressure whatsoever. In particular, Vinny Vitolo and James Wong handled most of the details of the sale. Not only were they very knowledgeable and courteous in dealing with us, but we were very impressed with how they and the entire staff worked well together and truly seemed to like each other. We ordered a remote-start system and a roof rack, which are dealer-installed options and they made sure that we got the best remote start system and arranged for prompt installation. Between the low-pressure atmosphere, terrific sales staff and the modern facilities we were left feeling very comfortable with the dealership and will definitely be coming back for all servicing. Thanks also to the managers Mark Clifton and William Liang, who stopped by frequently to make sure everything was going smoothly. They made us feel like VIPs throughout the entire process. In short, we have only good things to say about DCH Freehold Toyota.

I had come into the dealership with a mailer that I received them which allowed me to terminate my prior lease early. Robin was honest, polite and very informative. I really had an enjoyable experience with him, which is quite different then my prior experiences with auto sales personnel. I had really not expected everything to go so smoothly but was very happy that it did.

He was very helpful with showing me the vehicle and giving me all the vehicle information. when it came time to talk prices, john took the time to listen to my price range and helped me work out something reasonable. I requested quotes fro 20-25 dealership. I got the best price quick and easy from internet sales person Samantha Di Gangi. She was great and helpful. Very honest, nice person. Vince is great, cheerful and easy going. Buying process was easy and fun. Will recommend to others.

Nancy Lapell was extremely nice and easy to talk to. She greeted us as soon as we stepped in the door and moved the buying process along quickly. Jeffery Herman was very knowledgeable about the car i was buying and even helped me get financing through dch toyota. He even stayed passed his normal working hours to close the deal, not getting aggrevated or upset over it even though it was a Friday night. Was very impressed with his professionalism. Paul Leahy was a little too abrasive for me. He tried selling me an extended warranty which I turned down 3 times. Each time I turned it down he go a little more agressive and upset. After the third time I turned it down he stated "When you break down on the highway and you don't have this extended warranty you can call your friend Fred (he is a friend that helped with the purchase) and thank him for not getting this." I just think that's totally unprofessional especially when I'm purchasing a close to $40,000 car. I'm very happy with the deal I got and the 4Runner is definatly the right choice.

The experience I had at DCH Freehold Toyota was first class. Mr. Jeffrey Burman is a top notch sales representative who convinced me of the merits in leasing a 2011 Rav when I was prepared to lease a Nisan Rogue. He has excellent interpersonal skills and I am happy to state that he not only provided excellent service before the sale, he continues to be of great service to me after the sale, which is equally if not more important. I strongly recommend anyone interested in leasing or purchasing a vehicle do so at DCH Freehold Toyota, and specifically ask for Mr. Jeffrey Burman before he is promoted to a position of greater responsibility.

We were so very, very happy to have worked with Michele. She is a great person and just true to her word. Obviously she is there to do her job but I truly felt she had our best interests in mind first. We will be recommending her to anyone we can. My in laws bought a car from her an hour before us and I know they were thrilled as well. Mike the other sales guy helped out some with the price and Paul the finance guy was great as well. A+++++ We will be back in 6 months for my wife to pick something out.

My experience at Freehold Toyota illustrated that there exist very kind, decent, happy, helpful, smart, and unobtrusive car salespeople. Everyone I interacted with treated me with courtesy, kindness, and utmost respect - and at 25 years old, that's an extra privilege. I received straightforward answers to all questions that I had about the vehicle I ultimately decided to (happily) purchase. Even more importantly (to me), I did NOT get lengthy or pressure-packed sales pitches from anyone. The team at Freehold Toyota knew that their quality product would speak for itself. Not only am I elated with my purchase, I'm proud to have bought it from this dealership. I would happily do business there again, and I would encourage absolutely anyone looking for a Toyota, a Scion, or the occasional used trade-in (which I bought) to drive from a 100 mile radius to shop here. It's worth it.
