Aaron, our salesman and Kim the online consultant were great. Jeff was a bit indifferent and unwilling to barter too much. Otherwise, I was happy with the overall experience.

1st oil change and tire rotation.

1st oil change and tire rotation. As usual, this is the best dealership. Job was done quickly with complimentary car wash. Staff was professional, friendly and facility clean and comfortable.

I had a really positive experience with freehold.

I had a really positive experience with freehold. After leaving Lakewood pinebelt Subaru I was so angry and upset. At Lakewood I was rushed, lied to my face, misled and tricked. At freehold though I had a completely opposite experience. No bait and switch or xx to deal with like at Lakewood. I did not feel rushed or pressured or strong armed. Not overpriced or fluffed with xxxxxxxx add ons and really good people. 10/10 I will return for my next vehicle. Thanks to Eugene and Tyler for their patience and helping me navigate my car buying experience and helping me chose a car I am thrilled to drive and comfortable payments. I hope to have a similar experience when I return for my next car and when I am buying a car for my son. Edit* they gave me a fair offer on my trade in and I commend them for that. Lakewood pinebelt offered me 500. I had a 3k offer from car max and matching offer from freehold without them knowing of my previous appraisals. Again I am very pleased with freehold Subaru.

This Outback is my 3rd Subaru purchased from this

This Outback is my 3rd Subaru purchased from this dealership and all 3 salesperson were exemplary. Carlos Ramos was amazing and could not do more to expedite the sale. John DePalma was extremely helpful explaining the new digital features and spent as much time as I needed to get the car set up for me. My service writer, Timothy Rother was very professional and patient explaining out service visit today. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with the dealership! Highly recommend!!

Had a great experience here. The Specialist I dealt with, Randy, was great. Very informative and HONEST. This is not something you get at dealerships. I highly recommend going here for your purchase.

Since I have previously written a review complaining

Since I have previously written a review complaining about the Freehold Subaru service department, I feel obligated to write about my most recent visit, which was perfectly fine. All work requested was done quickly and efficiently, In addition, some work that I had inquired about was found after inspection to be unnecessary, and therefore not performed (and not charged for). I found this to be be refreshingly honest! My radio interface was updated, which I appreciated. And my pet peeve, accurate tire pressure, was done perfectly.

After one phone conversation I can tell this is a place I

After one phone conversation I can tell this is a place I would definitely NOT do business with. In a world where most things are done online, I put in my application for a car yesterday and then messaged the dealer again this morning to see when I would find out if I was approved only to be rudely told there was someone physically on the premises that takes precedent even though my application was in first. When I asked why it mattered since they have this online option on their website, I wasn't really given an answer other than "there is someone physically here". I have already driven the kind of car so I didn't need to test drive and I live far away, which is why I was going to do everything online. So even though they had everything they needed from me to move forward already, they decided to disregard that and give someone else first shot at the car. Seems very sketchy so I would advise against doing business with a place like this. Person's name was Ira who I had an unpleasant conversation with on the phone.

This dealership does all they can to help all of their customers regardless of their situation! Jeff Padavano did all he can to get me approved with the lowest payment and rate he can! I love my new vehicle and the deal he gave me. I felt like I was appreciated for being there and made me feel just like family. Thank you, Jeff Padavano and everyone at Freehold Dodge and Subaru. I'm not sure why the last reviewer wrote that, it should be taken down and is NOT accurate. Sounds like someone who is not used to being told "no".
