had set up an appointment at two o'clock to see the

had set up an appointment at two o'clock to see the vehicle, no one there to help me when i arrived, so went out and look at vehicle in parking lot, still no agent to assist, went back in to building and had to approach three different people before they would assign one to help us and then we were told the vehicle was sold wholesale and it wasn't available. Not a good customer service rating from me on this place.

Circle Subaru from top to bottom is the best!

Circle Subaru from top to bottom is the best! Devyn in the Service Department is outstanding! She takes her time going over everything and is extremely pleasant and professional. It's because of employees like Devyn that I will continue to be a loyal customer of Circle Subaru.

Took my 2023 Hyundai palaside for a cracked radiator

Took my 2023 Hyundai palaside for a cracked radiator spoke to mark in service had me bring car in right away Raul took care of me 4 hrs later car was fixed no charge … thank you so much 5 stars keep up the hard work …….

Took 3 days to get a person in service to answer a call.

Took 3 days to get a person in service to answer a call. Then made an appointment for repair. Never able to speak to anything but an answering machine again. Finally after over a week of requests for documentation for my insurance they tried to rip me off for almost $1000 worth of parts that were covered and being paid for. I am still trying to get someone to answer the phone to tell me when my car will be ready. Today is 12/27. The diagnostic was 12/18. Phone calls for appointment began the week before All this and a salesman trying to sell me an overpriced used car. What a horrible experience.

Chris Ruotola in the service department was outstanding

Chris Ruotola in the service department was outstanding in servicing my emergency flashing trouble engine light. I had to drop it off without making an appointment on Monday noontime. Tuesday afternoon I received a call that it was a faulty "Knock Sensor" and that it was under warranty and that they have a protocol from Hyundai to completely check out my engine before they replace the Knock Sensor and upgrade the software. Chris called me every time he said he would to keep me updated on their progress with my car. On Friday morning Chris told me that they just finished road testing it and I could come to pick it up. After I picked up my car I took it on the Parkway it rides like brand new with plenty of power and the engine is nice and smooth in it's acceleration. Circle Chevrolet has an outstanding service Department and they have always taken care of my needs with a "Spirit of Excellence" and I have always been extremely satisfied with the work they have performed on my car over the years!!!

Terrible customer service

Leased a 2020 Hyundai in New York then I moved to New Jersey. Came here to get the free oil change, etc. that was part of the lease package and they didn't want to do it. Told me to go back to where I got the car. Seriously, you want me to drive over 4 hours each direction for an oil change? Why doesn't Hyundai take better care of their customers? Turning the car in. No more Hyundai for me!

I'd like to look into this for you. Hyundai complimentary maintenance has specific parameters that need to be followed. For example, miles and time, which I would assume you're under if it's leased. If they were free oil changes given by that dealership than those would need to be done at the dealership who gave you those for free.
