Micheal was very helpful. He was was straight forward. He has a no pressure service approach to sales. He was even able to facilitate DMV registration to facilitate planned interstate travel.

My daughter and I had a very good Passat purchase experience in April 2018 with a Sales Representative no longer at the dealership and in December it was time to service the car for the first time. While on the phone making the appointment arrangements asking if there were loaners available while cars were being serviced my daughter was told by the female voice who answered the call “no, who told you that?” and it would take 3 weeks before the car could be taken in. So, we waited the 3 weeks for the 10K service. This service is an oil and filter change, tire rotation and a checklist of things on a car about a year old, including brake inspection. They also claim to wash the car after each service. The car was picked up after the Service Department closed. Well, after we had the car back home I checked and verified the oil was clean but noticed the very poor car wash left evidence the tires were not rotated as there still was brake dust on the front wheels and you could see the tires on the rear were less worn than the fronts. Also if the wheels were rotated, the dust should have been on the rear wheels. This probably also means the front and rear brakes were not inspected as the documentation indicates. This service was done on December 17, 2018 and I have not had anyone contact me following my complaint discussion which I had with their customer service pop-up person on their website and follow up email to the auto responder email I received saying someone would get back to me very soon. I am writing this on Friday December 21. This is hardly a good indication that this is a caring competent dealership. Oh, and when I viewed their website 2 days ago they have a large banner indicating they have a large loaner fleet and shuttle service. They also show having an “Express Service” available with “no appointment necessary” handling “all carefree maintenance intervals.” So what’s with the 3 week wait? We will see where this goes but they have barely earned a one star rating.

2015 Passat SEL Premium
I worked with Ralph and Michael both were super helpful and informative. I got a 2015 certified Passat, top of the line SEL Premium model! Beautiful car and practically brand new with only 22,000 miles. They took care of us and gave 2 brand new tires for the front when one had a bubble. My first car financed by myself and It feels great and i couldn't ask for a better car!
