My rating is based upon what happened after the money exchanged hands, and before i walked in the dealership. Once they sense you was serious about buying a car, they gave me premium attention. When I initially contact the dealer i was assigned a salesman. When I couldn't get this salesman to return my call, I was not allowed to work with another salesman. This is ridicous. I had to just go to the dealership and demand to see this salesman. I got a fair deal, not great but i did not expect to with the 'cash for clunker' driving prices up. I did not pick up the car 3 days i paid for the car, a big mistake. I would call my saleman and he would not return my call for days. I would call 'Moe', his manager and invarably he is working with a customer. My temporary registartion expired and no one at the dealership called me that it was ready. I called on a saturday at 10am and again at 2pm and again at 7pm and no one would return my calls. Finally I got hold of someone on Monday when I refused to leave a message and asked to speak to the manager, Moe, who was again busy with a customer. I requested to speal to his manager but I was refused. I finally found out that my registration had been ready for days. Mike Peruka from the dealership had called me and left me a message to call him if I had any issue. I called him also on Saturday and Monday, but never received a returned call. At this point I am still waiting for a $33 refund for a overcharge on an assessory and my Title. I was quote $180 for rubber mats when i was negotiating with Jerrod Hurley. I found out that the DCH Paramus of Honda website was selling the very same mats for $120. If you want premier customer service, this may not the dealership to buy your Honda.

Bought a new Honda Civic LX-S from this dealership. Dealt with them mostly through its internet department. Got a very quick response to my inquiry and they provided me a competitive quote (which a lot of dealerships were reluctant to do unless you were personally there). My sales person, Yajaira, was very attentive and did not try to pull a bait and switch with me (which had happened to me before). Other dealerships that I had gone to were extremely pushy and lied about their inventory. The sales people would end up showing you cars that you were not interested in to begin with and would just waste my time going back and forth "checking" with the manager. At DCH I was treated with respect and my time was not wasted with gimmicks. It was a very streamlined process I was in and out of there with in 4 hours with my new car. Definitely go to DCH Paramus and ask for Yajaira you will get the best deal.

Never go for Finance option and if you want to go. Before...
Never go for Finance option and if you want to go. Before going to the dealer do complete research. They will lure you as long as you are a new customer. I have been calling them for 1 year and 2 months for a Disability Insurance refund. They wont consider you as a customer if you already purchased vehicle.

I recently bought a new 2009 Honda Accord from DCH Paramus Honda and dealt with Harshal Patel. I had spoken with several dealers before and Harshal was by FAR the most knowledgable and helpful. In addition, he got me the best price. I would (and have) highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Honda/Acura. Even after the sale, he was extremely helpful scheduling additional equipment that needed to be installed etc. I can't say enough about how pleasant and easy Harshal made my car buying experience!

After going to a few different Honda Dealerships, my wife...
After going to a few different Honda Dealerships, my wife and I finally went to DCH Paramus Honda. From the time we got to the dealership, we were welcomed in a friendly manner by one of the sales managers. He directed us to our sales person, Alex Bernabe, who was extremely courteous from the beginning. He was very polite, informative and sincere in his approach in describing our options. After about 30 minutes, we agreed on a deal for a brand new 2010 Honda Pilot 4WD(lease), which is exactly what I was looking for from the beginning. We got an unbelievable deal. I researched a number of different Honda dealerships and the prices DCH Honda gave us for this particular SUV was the best compared to all of the other dealerships in the area. A couple of days later, we went back to pick up our new vehicle which was sitting out front detailed to perfection. Alex went over each function of the Pilot and was patient and answered all of our questions without hesitation. The only minor complaint I have is one of the customer service women passed by as I was trying to get a cup of coffee from the machine and when I asked her if there were any cups left, she gave me an attitude and basically wanted nothing to do with helping anyone. A couple of days later, I received a follow up call from Alex as well as the General Manager of the dealership making sure we were satified with our new vehicle. In addition, the next day I received a call from DCH Honda asking me to complete a survey based on my experience at the dealership. I gave the dealership the highest rating on all categories due to our excellent experience. I definitely plan on continuing to do business with DCH Honda so long as their service continues to be top notch. I'm definitely not the type that automatically gives a great rating unless I feel the company deserves it. As long as DCH Honda continues to give great service and are always looking for new ways to improve the way they do business, I will be a loyal customer.

It was an extremely smooth negotiation, I walked out with the car I desired for the price I wanted. The car represents true quality with added warranty coverage made my experience feel even much more comfortable at the dealership. I hope to experience another visit within another year and half.

One of the most enjoyable car buying experiences ever. Talked with Thomas Rivas over the Internet, walked in, they beat 5-6 other dealers in price and walked out in 30 minutes. Picked up the car the next day. NO BS, dealer tricks or any pressure used.

I brought my car in for service on April 23, 2009 at 8 pm...
I brought my car in for service on April 23, 2009 at 8 pm and picked it up on Friday April 24, 2009 at 8:45 pm. When i got home around 9:15 I noticed that my EZ pass device was missing from my middle console along with a $20.00 bill, roughly $4.00 in change, a new pair of earings (value of $9.99) and my car charger for my cell phone. I immediately called, but you had already closed. I called at 8:30 am saturday, April 25 and left Valerie several messages, but she never returned my call. I spoke to someone in the service dept and he kept telling me there was no manager on site and to come in during the week because there was nothing that could be done. I was extrememly upset that noone could help me so I called the sales department and the receptionist, who was very nice took my information and told me she would have the manager, Tim call me on Monday. Tim called me and pretty much said that he would check into it, but unless someone admits it, he cannot do anything. I understand that you cannot accuse someone without proof, but someone in your department stole these items out of my car. I want to be reimburst for what was stolen. I had to pay $33.00 to cancel my EZ Pass, $24.00 in cash, $9.99 for the earings and $39.99 for the car charger = $106.98. I entrusted you with my car that it would be returned in the same condition in which i dropped it off. I will never bring my car there again for any kind of service and i will be pursuing this matter of getting my items replaced!!!

I live in Staten Island and for the past 6 years I have been leasing a Honda Accord EX from a Honda dealership in Brooklyn New York who for whatever reason did not offer me a reasonable lease rate when my lease was up. A friend of mine told me to try DCH Paramus Honda in New Jersey. The first person who answered the phone was salesman Steve Chan. Within only minutes on the phone we negotiated a tentative deal which was very attractive to me. The bottom line is that I saved about $900 dollars from the final offer made to me by the Honda dealership in Brooklyn. It took me only a half hour from Staten Island to arrive at the DCH Honda Paramus dealership. I was warmly greeted by the staff and met Steve face to face. In all honesty Steve treated me like a human being and was extremely patient and professional throughout the entire process. I expected a long hard fought negotiation based on my prior dealings with the Brooklyn Honda dealership but this certainly was not the case. We arrived at a mutually convenient fair price. Steve's boss was also very friendly. The nice treatment did not end there. I received phone calls from Steve for four days after having the new car asking me how I was doing and the car. I never received this customer service from any other dealership I have ever dealt with. The transfer of the old lease to the new one was an unbelievable easy process. I thank Steve and his bosses for treating me with the respect we all deserve. I highly recommend this dealership. This is all true and not some info commercial.
