DCH Paramus Honda

My wife and I walked in looking for a specific Honda Accord. After a quick walk of the lot and some paperwork we left with that exact car. At no point were we pressured to upgrade. The sales process was accomodating and price negotiation not stressful. Great experience.

Experience with salesperson - Steven Chan - was wonderful. Honda's warranty, however, is awful. Other cars manufacturers come with a 5 year warranty (included in the negotiated price of the car), Honda with 3. Having to pay (a lot extra!) for a full warranty is deceptive sales and a lousy business practice for Honda. After a wonderful experience with Steven Chan, I left feeling cheated.

Hamlet was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgable of the Honda products which helped us make the right purchase decision. He was NOT an "annoying salesperson," and didn't give us any of "B.S." – which was the thing that basically clinched the deal for us.

I am giving the rate of great in all categories for DCH Paramus Honda. Mr. Natesan, one of the Sales Consultant provided me with a wonderful experience of purchasing a new vehicle after ten years. He greeted us with a smile and understood my need to stay within a budget for car monthly payments. Mr. Natesan used numerous resources within the dealership to explain to me a reasonable price for the car, APR financing and monthly payments. He was very patient with me; at times I got very frustrated with the numbers. He calmed my fears of all the financing terms that seem foreign to me and reassured me at that time that he was helping me to get the best deal possible. After spending two hours with Mr. Natesan and Customer Service Representatives, who were also understanding, I left with a good feeling. I knew that I made the right choice in choosing DCH Paramus Honda after several visit to other Honda dealerships in hope of finding the better deal as well as quality service. I got a great deal on the price of the Accord, affordable monthly payments and my first oil change free of charge. What a deal! I am completely satisfied with everything that DCH Paramus Honda offered me. I will revisit DCH Paramus Honda in the future to purchase a car for my son. A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE INDEED!!!

I've been in sales for about 40 years. I would hire these guys in a heartbeat. They really know how to make you feel like you are truly being respected. I was met in the parking lot by Manka, We hit it off right away. He didn't try to sell us on what we didn't want or need. He found what we needed, gave us all the numbers on leasing and buying, and gave us a deal we were very happy with. We went to other dealerships before and they were only interested in "The Sale". I truly believe these guys wanted us to enjoy this experience; and we did. I would highly recommend Paramus Honda to anyone looking for a great deal on a car. They ask the right questions, respect the customer, and are a joy to work with.

The employee that I dealt with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. For the four hours I was there, the staff catered to my every need and answered any questions that I had.

She is an honest salesperson giving me only the truth when she discussed price and value for what you get. She was very thorough from beginning to end, discussing every point that a buyer needs to know before, during, and after the purchase.
