John took very good care of us, explaining everything...

John took very good care of us, explaining everything about the car and the lease in detail and working efficiently to get all of our paperwork processed. He was attentive, friendly, and polite, and he made the experience far more pleasant than I had could have expected. He was also open and honest in response to our questions, which is perhaps the rarest quality you might expect to encounter when shopping around for a new car. It was a huge relief to find someone trustworthy to speak with and work with on this, and I look forward to doing the same when my lease is up. Many thanks!

They explained pretty well what I can afford based on my credit for the lease. Also, they are very responsive and take care of what I need. I would recommend to any one who is looking for honest and good dealers.

My experience with this dealer was favorable, however,...

My experience with this dealer was favorable, however, the interaction with my salesman was not. He was rude, uninterested, seemed bothered to assist me, and was very unfriendly. He explained nothing to me regarding the car features, payment structure, or overall leasing options. He never called to tell me my license plates had arrived or has helped me in any way since the day I drove away from the dealer. I would not do business with him in the future. For anyone that is looking for a nice, intelligent, patient, and helpful salesman, see Mark Abitabilo. While my salesman was rushing me out of the door to take a new customer, Mark took time to show me the car features and even helped me program several things.

Had a good experience with DCH. Negotiated price over phone, and they actually honored it. Furthermore, floor sales rep was very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone purchasing a Honda.

Excellent Car Buying Experience DCH Honda

I hadn't purchased a new car in about 10 years. The salesman Lou Saadeh made the experience the best I have ever had buying a car. No presure totally professional, made everything step smooth.

Raphael Ramos was a fantastic salesman. He was extremely informative, responded to all questions in a highly professional manner. I spent about a week working with him to finalize the accord deal. He answered all my queries over the phone and delivered what he promised when I visited the dealer. More than that his patience is impeccable. Raphael and I came to the agreement that the dealer would finance for a few thousand down with convincing APR. I walked away with the car that my kid wanted and that was affordable to us all.

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and the service was great. Hamad Deeb was a great associate to do business with. He was very caring and patient throughout every step. He was very flexible and accountable when it came to faxing over documents to the insurance company. He made me feel very comfortbale within the car by pointing out every feature inside.
