DCH Paramus Honda

I was recently looking for a new car after totaling mine in an accident when I came across DCH Paramus and John Delgado. I must admit there's nothing I hated more than the typical car buying experience but I must say I was surprised with the level of professionalism and service I received from John! Dealing with John has definitely changed my perspective on car dealers and salesman. He helped me find the best deal and took the time to do an assessment with me on what I really needed! I'll definitely be back to see John in the future and this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had! I highly recommend asking for John if you go to DCH Paramus!

Went to DCH a few weeks ago. Was able to test drive an Accord Hybrid Touring model. I was able to name my price without a hassle. I really wanted a blue one and they are hard to come by. Lenny was able to get one within a few weeks and even went to pick it up from another dealer himself. The car was delivered the same day it was picked up from the other dealer. I got what was promised in a very reasonable time frame for the price I named. Would recommend this dealership and salesman. Thanks Lenny.

I call DCH Paramus Honda at 6:30 PM on Monday November 25, 2014. I gave Hamad my wish list to buy a Honda Accord. He called back 15 minutes later with the car I had requested, gave me the price, and explained the financing special. AT 7:30 PM the car was being prepared for delivery and we where on our way to the dealer. Upon arrival at 8:10 PM we were warmly greeted at the reception area and introduced to Hamad....it was like we were old friends. The paperwork process was a breeze as Hamad skillfully filled out the computerized forms as we chatted. Our insurance company was called and the temporary insurance card was arranged and e-mailed right to Hamad's desk computer. As soon as the last character was typed like magic Mike Ehirim appeared and took us to the financing office where he expertly explained the financing process and our extended warranty options. At 9:15 PM Hamad handed us the key to our new Accord and insisted, even know the dealer was officially closed and he had been there since 9:00 AM that morning, to go over every option in the car until he was satisfied that we knew the value we had purchased. He even paired the cell phones and showed us how to reset the tire pressure sensor. I am so please we chose DCH Paramus Honda along with it's courteous employees and wonderful sales staff. Hamad made this my best car buying experience ever. He has superior product knowledge and is genuinely interested in providing a SUPER experience for his customers. At 10:00 PM I had to kick him out of the car and tell him to go home and remember about "Work Life Balance" ! The guys that worked out a deal was understanding and got me to my buying point. They listened and didn't try to get me a different car package. They knew what I wanted and worked hard to get me what I wanted.

I dont understand how this is getting bad reviews, as this store helped us pick up a new car, and did everything possible to make sure we got what we wanted. Joshua Ortiz was our dealer and he worked even whilst sick to get us everything we needed to be set and grab the car even on the same day. He did everything he could to make sure we were happy, and we definitely were!

I went in with my dad just look at cars to keep our options open (I was being picky about cars), we had no intention of buying a car at that moment. We were greeted by Dennis Estrada and he showed us a few options in my price range. I fell in love with one car and wanted to take it home as soon as I saw it. After, we went into his office to talk numbers. Dennis helped us in everyway possible in order for me to take home the car that same day. He is the best, and he definitely knows what he is doing. Fortunately for me, I was able to take the car home that night, and the next day I went back to finish the rest of the paper work. I've had my 2011 Honda Civic EXL for about two months now, and Dennis called asking me if everything was okay and if I was enjoying my new car. Yes, I am. I am in love with it. This is my first Honda, I've had Mercedes, BMW's and an Infinity G37 ...
