I cannot provide enough positive feedback about my interactions with John Medrano, Mike Lee and Jenssy Diaz this morning. They were attentive, fast to provide accurate, detailed answers to my questions and extremely professional. Just nice guys all around and the experience of leasing a car with them was an utter joy. Who says that about having to spend their morning at a car dealership!?! No, I'm not a lonely lunatic. I'm a busy mom with two small children. For them to take the time and care to provide me EXACTLY with what I wanted and to do so with such friendliness and aptitude compelled me to recommend them highly as the dream team at DCH Paramus Honda.

We recently leased a new 2015 Honda CRV EXL from DCH Paramus Honda and the entire experience was very smooth and pleasant. Hamad Deeb was our sales person. Hamad was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was very attentive and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure placed on us. Hamad was also very patient in explaining to us how all the features in the CRV worked. Bobby Tranquilli handled the finance side of the lease and he also was friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. This was the best experience by far we ever had at any dealership and we will definitely purchase our next vehicle from DCH Paramus Honda and will recommend them to all our family and friends. Overall, the experience was great. The sales representative conducted himself with professionalism throughout the process. He also showed great interest in the product I was looking for.

Special thanks to Hamad Deeb who helped me learn about all the new features of the car, including the Bluetooth, Navigation system, audio system and other settings. He is an excellent teacher and very patient and his personality made the process enjoyable.

Nat went on and beyond to help us get a good deal on our 2015 Honda Accord. He was very patient and very nice. He followed up with us everyday to make sure we were okay and kept us posted with the details. He also gave us good recommendations on the car we purchased.
