We recently purchased a Civic Sport Touring for my college daughter from Honda DHC Paramus, and I have to say, working with Hamad Deeb made the entire experience very easy and exceptional. Hamad was patient, and honest with us. He answered all of our questions and worked to get the best deal for us. We were torn between the Accord Sport and the Civic Sport Touring, and Hamad personally drove us around the lot to show us the full inventory, explaining each car’s features, differences, and advantages. He even reserved both vehicles for us and encouraged us to take time, so we took two days to make a decision. What we appreciated most was how stress-free everything felt. Overall a great experience and would recommend this dealership. Our sales agent Paolo was very courteous, nice, and helpful. We put money down on a Honda CRV Hybrid after taking it for a test drive. Went back two days later to make the final payment and pick it up. Arrived when they first opened at 9 Saturday morning and shortly after the dealership became crowded. Understandably it was the weekend and they were busy, but we felt rushed (thus the reason for a four instead of five star review).

The staff in the dealership was friendly, professional and helpful. Hamad helped us and was knowledgable about the cars we were looking at.
