DCH Paramus Honda

So, we have a family of five with all above 15. This was our second car from Honda and we're are satisfied. Our first care was an Accord which was also decent but this car was amazing. The size is elephantine and high-tech. Perfect service! Thank you!

My goal was to lease a Honda Pilot and not have to haggle for hours or waiting several hours for the process. Walking in on a Saturday late and was quickly setup with a sale person Juan, soon after agreed on price less then expected that i was happy with. The finance process was smooth and quick. The truck was prepped and ready to be driven off after demo of the new features. DCH exceeded my expectation. I would recommend to friends.

Yo tenía un problema que yo creía que no podía arreglar. Vine para DCH Honda y Adolfo me hablo de una vez con una sonrisa. Yo le expliqué mi problema y el me dijo que siempre se encuentra una manera. El me aseguro que el me iba ayudar y no fue mentira. Yo salí de DCH Honda aliviado y feliz y todo fue gracias a Adolfo.

Am stuck with them until 2021. Then they’ll rip me off when I don’t renew with another lease. They lie. Change words around ( of course after you sign during the process.). Prepare to sit with them for 4-5 plus hours just to get less ripped off. At end of lease. No matter how pristine shape car is in. They’ll find a way to make up defects. Then bill you for it. If you renew before end of first lease. Be prepared to pay double premium. Until the first lease is up. It’s a way they make additional commission. As for the cars. They are high quality. Just prepare for unnecessary ride and phoney/charmed Ny employees. The negotiation=interrogation at DCH Honda

Ray was a pleasure to work with. Didn’t make us feel taken advantage of. Only issue is the back and forth nonsense with the boss but that’s not his fault. Everyone does it. But overall Ive bought 3 cars from this dealership and have been pleased.
