DCH Paramus Honda

I brought in my car for service and was fortunate enough to be assigned to Terrance Persaud. He made sure that my car was serviced as quickly and efficiently as possible. In all my years of bringing my car to DCH Paramus Honda, this was by far the most pleasurable experience. He continually checked in with me to give me updates on my service. I could not have been happier!

We have been buying/leasing Hondas with this dealership for over 15 years and have always worked with Alex Bernabe. He always makes our experience wonderful every time with his knowledge and professionalism. This time we leased a CRV and Alex worked hard to get us a fantastic deal. We just closed our second deal with Honda for our new Oddissy 2019! The sales person was Jenssy Diaz and I have to say that he did all his best to get to the price that we could afford. My husband is not an easy guy to negotiate with but at the end, it happened! So, we are glad to continue our business with Honda.

the process was long, but good customer services, i would say thank you to jensy, and kelvin in finance, very proffesional, and always trying to help, 5 star for then.

This dealership is very busy. The sales staff is nice but they are in a rush to make the sale. Be careful and don’t sign anything without a full explanation. Credit matters if you purchase or lease. I was told it did not matter with a lease and that was the wrong information. Be very careful.

Alex has taken care of us for years and makes the process very simple. Pricing is very competitive. Never a need to go anywhere else.
