I recently (early October) purchased a car through Phillips in Frankfort. The staff member Joe L. helped me tremendously and was able to make my dream car affordable. If you're looking for a new or used car I would most definitely look here first! Even if you don't like the Chevy brand they do have other great cars here. Would recommend to a friend.

We just purchased a new vehicle this evening at Phillips Chevrolet. We didn't need a new car right now, but eventually we were looking to trade in one of our cars and purchase a new or used vehicle with 3rd row seating to accommodate our family. We were pleasantly surprised with the customer service at Phillips. We were referred to Joe Luque by a friend and he was wonderful to work with. He didn't pressure us on features or after market accessories we weren't interested in, he just helped us find the best vehicle for us within our price range. We would highly recommend this dealership and Joe to help you with your new car purchase. Very friendly, clean and accommodating dealership.

Superb customer service!! For the most part, it’s hard to have a “good “experience when purchasing a vehicle. In my opinion, buying a car is just not structured to be simplistic and enjoyable. In fact, I have purchased several cars and I cannot name not one time I had a good experience; not until my experience at Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, IL. I came into the lot to purchase my daughter a car for her 18th birthday and I must say the customer service there was superb! From the initial phone call with Keith to sells rep (Joe Luque) to the financing depart (Emir Cordic), I was treating like a VIP purchaser. Joe made sure I was satisfied with my purchase and not just settling for nothing less than what I wanted. Joe was also my advocate in which he made sure I stayed within my price of affordability while helping me get the car that I wanted. Amir (financing) took his time explaining the loan details so that I can have a better understanding.
