Service is a cash cow over $1000 to fix a tire pressure light within 2 physical hours I waited for it. Visit one 25min diagnostic, I put in the part that was ordered, Visit two a power wire and check the system.Overpriced and sloppy work for the price too. A reminder to seek other options for service needs.

These people want to rake you over the coals. High pricing, over recommend repairs/maintenance, force services not recommended by the manufacture. Replace parts not needed and are willing to lie in order to charge you more. I saw multiple times where people were being ripped off. It's a standard practice at FS automall.

Dean was horrible i went there three months ago rip off bought a vehicle from them three years ago and 4 grand down on a 19 jeep for 800 a month ur insane didnt run proper channels never got a call back from owner or corporate went to a different dealer and they were more helpful and honest then franklin save ur money

INCOMPETENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT / RIP OFF
I dropped off my 2019 Charger for a fan issue, oil change and tire rotation. I left the vehicle for 2 weeks. The service department called me and informed me that the fan would need to be replaced and they were unable to remove the lug nuts from my car to perform a tire rotation because they were swollen. A mechanic would have to pound on a socket to remove the lug nuts and the lug nuts would have to be replaced for $275. (All 20 lug nuts were swollen ??? ) I informed the service writer that I wanted the fan repaired, the oil changed and I would remove the lug nuts myself. I returned 2 weeks later to find that the only thing done was the oil change. They informed me that I had never authorized the work. LIE #1. I had talked directly to their service writer (Stephanie) and told her what I expected done. (How else would I have known what was needed to be done ?) I had also left a message. The claim : I had never left a message. LIE #2 ... That's what cell phone logs are good for. When I informed them that I knew exactly what day and time I called, the answer I got was "It's not our fault the phone system screwed up". LIE #3. I had ordered new lug nuts as a precaution and had them sent to my house. I spent 1/2 an hour removing all 20 UNSWOLLEN lug nuts and replacing them. Not one of the lug nuts was swollen. In fact they were easily removed from the vehicle with a standard 7/8" socket and breaker bar. In other words ... I was being scammed by the service department to have unnecessary work performed. Suggestion ... avoid this incompetent bunch of liars at all cost. If any dealership will lie cheat and steal it's Franklin Sussex.

Non disclosure of damages
Scratches and dents prior Accident not disclose until signing. I asked for help to find reputable place to fix Dent scratches And window tinting didn’t care to help they say You bought-a used car now you deal with it

Great place to take you car for service I did a 40k mike service on my Jeep Wrangler I came out from dealer my Jeep was running better than before I was very satisfied with service and customer service was top of line,Kenneth wa las excellent at explaining everything he will do to my Jeep call multiple times to keep me posted.The price was fair,i rather have professionals to work on my car than anybody else.
