The service department lacks transparency in its pricing and seems primarily focused on upselling. The team’s approach gives the impression that customer care is not a priority.

The only reason I'm giving this dealership a 5 is because of Chris N. He was very helpful and easy to talk to. He got my fiance and I into a new lease that was workable in our budget.
