This dealership completely took advantage of me. They sold me a lease for a Honda Accord with a sticker price of $33,650, but in the contract they inflated the cost to over $43,000 without explaining it properly. The salesperson rushed me through the process, made it sound like I was getting a good deal, and only after signing I realized how badly I was misled. Now I’m stuck with a payment way higher than what was promised. They are not transparent, they hide critical details, and they prey on customers who trust them. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone—be very careful before signing anything here

I just purchased a CRV sport touring and my wife is very happy with her car. The folks at Route 23 Honda were very professional. Our sales person Jamile Rodriguez was extremely knowledgeable with the Honda vehicles. It was inspiring to see a young women in this domain that is predominantly handled by men. Jamile answered all of our questions. Always had a smile. Route 23 Honda is very lucky to have an employee like Jamile. I would highly recommend her.

Very bad customer service.
Very bad customer service. I had the worst experience in my life. They made me come three times just because they’re not doing their job correctly. Because of Honda dealer on 23 hours was about to lose my life. Careless mean with nasty advisors, such as Connor and Poppy who knows nothing about customer service.
