I had a horrible experience at Metro Honda.

I had a horrible experience at Metro Honda. I bought a 2024 Honda HR-V. They didn’t show me the Carfax report or take the time to go over any of the car’s features with me. After I bought the car, I noticed a dent and a broken door that weren’t there before. I went back to the dealership and spoke with Mina Youssef, who told me not to worry and said they would order the parts to fix it. I waited over 10 days for the parts to arrive, but nothing was fixed and no one followed up with me. This was a horrible experience with terrible customer service. Once they sell you the car, they completely stop caring. I do not recommend Metro Honda to anyone — be very careful before buying from them!

Very bad experience at metro Honda at jersey city

Very bad experience at metro Honda at jersey city Because my sister bought a 2024 Honda HR-V, she found a dent and broken door that weren’t there before , the sale representative promised to fix the car however the issue still exists. Never fixed. The bottom line is that they try to sell damaged cars without informing the customer, and this is considered fraud . When this is discovered and you try to contact them, they do not care and say that they inspected the car before purchasing it.

I like the service the professionalism and the courtesy

I like the service the professionalism and the courtesy that i was given. I was happy with my purchase and everything went smoothly. Jesse James was more than patient with me and answered every question I had. Allowed me to went on lot to check different styles and colors, offering test drive. He tried to work out the sale based on my limitations. Thank you I would definitely recommend metro Honda in Jersey City to anyone I know.

Bad buying experience at this Dealer.

Bad buying experience at this Dealer. They increase $600 from the contract agreement at the closing. The car did not have floor mats and no spare key which was not disclosed.
