I purchased my car from Metro Honda in 2023, with Premier Insurance covering tires. A few months ago, they replaced a tire with a different brand, and now, the same issue occurred. When I returned, I was told the coverage didn’t apply because of the tire brand mismatch—despite this being their choice. I also had an incomplete service experience—my tire wasn’t fixed, even after being told to pick up the car. The manager, Gabe, did not resolve the issue, and I had to pay out of pocket. I hope higher authorities respond soon.

The dealership is wonderful have no complaints with sales
The dealership is wonderful have no complaints with sales environment but their service department needs major improvements which I have discussed with salesperson so hopefully when I make my next service appointment my surveys of that part of Metro Honda I should see a significant change hopefully.

First, I’ve been a Honda customer for 30 years.
First, I’ve been a Honda customer for 30 years. I even hold shares in the company. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to my worst enemy! Metro Honda offered (by mail) as an incentive to buy or lease with them, to pay off the last 2 payments of any lease you currently have. Because I did not pay for the 1st month of my new lease with them, I expected that they would pay at least the last payment. I explained this clearly to Hakim (the sales rep) in a phone conversation. Long story short, they did not live up to their part of the deal and my account with the former lease company went 30 days past due. I took a credit hit. I was willing to accept that they simply made a mistake and asked them for a letter (NO MONEY) to help remove the negative hit on my account. I spoke with 2 managers (by telephone) on 2 occasions who said they would get back to me and they never did. That’s grip number 1. I should also point out that no one there understands the other charging incentives (for the Prologue) well enough to explain it properly. Shouldn’t you understand what you’re selling? This resulted in a huge (1 month) delay in getting the charger that is offered with the vehicle. Bottom line, please look somewhere else if you’re in the market for a Honda
