We like Toyota because price affordable and. Parts easily available if needed . Regarding staff in the service dept. like Manuel Cuevas,,Lito Domo ,Cynthia Cuevas customer service manager they are very helpul.Our sales agent Johanny Ramos is excellent.She hekp us all throughout the process.She call us at home after we got the car if we need any help with our new car even after her working hour. Thanks Johanny for being our salesagent. You are an asset to Toyotta. We gonna tell our friends and family to get you as salesagentt if they will buy car Toyota in the future.

Hudson Toyota and Erik did an excellent job with my car

Hudson Toyota and Erik did an excellent job with my car repair . This is why I only take it Hudson Toyota. Their rates are comparable to a mechanic shop.

This dealership has been servicing our family vehicle for

This dealership has been servicing our family vehicle for decades. However, I've noticed a recent decline in the quality of customer service. When the maintenance light came on at 5,000 miles on my 2025 Highlander, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I was then informed that they could not perform the oil change until the vehicle reached 10,000 miles. After waiting for two hours for a basic check of the fluids, I discovered that someone had unplugged my dash cam, leaving the wires hanging down. Why & what is the reason for this? Why would someone be unplugging something in someone's vehicle? In my opinion 10k miles on one oil change is a bit excessive on the engine. I'm old school every 3k and my last vehicle was every 5k mileage.
