Perillo BMW

Frank was a great salesperson and made our experience very enjoyable. He demontrated the usage of the vehicle, kept me informed about the status of the vehicle and was personally an honest individiual. I would definitely recommend Frank and Perillo to others and plan to come back to Frank for my future BMW purchases.

My wife and I were looking to get rid of my old vehicle and upgrade to an X3. While my wife had purchased two other BMWs from Perillo this was my first time. Actually, my first time buying a car from a dealership, period. While we were once Chicago residents we have since moved out of state but still wanted to do business with Perillo. We began our shopping online and then expressed interest over the phone with one of the Sales members. They quickly got us our financing and negotiated a good deal which included a trade-in on my old vehicle. We made the 5 hour drive on Memeorial Day morning to Perillo to pick up our vehicle. Do to an emergency our sales guy was gone on that day but we were lucky enough to have Vanessa Carr available to help us. After going over the deal we negotiated over the phone Vanessa pointed out another vehicle in their inventory that was an overall better purchase. She did this in a very professional way and we did not feel as though she was trying to "up sell" us. In the end we drove away with a CPO X3 still under warranty and 3 years newer than the one we came out to buy all within the budget we had set for ourselves. The experience I had proves to me why my wife was adamant on purchasing from Perillo and Vanessa Carr only sweetened the deal. We will certainly be back when it come time to retire her BMW. Originally initiated my search online and was then contacted by Sebastian. Throughout the process he was extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding my potential purchase. At time of purchase he was very thorough in his explanation of the vehicle and after making a purchase he made sure that the car was delivered to perfection. Darryl and DJ were great: not too much pressure but very responsive, and they seemed about as open as you could expect for such a transaction. The final price seemed fair. The actual transaction was a little slow, but we do not do this frequently enough to know if this is typical. So far, so good.
